I just moved to Tennessee a week ago and my car had broken down a couple of days afterwards and I had it towed here. Found out the transmission was shot so I decided I needed to get a new car. Ben was amazing and helped me so much. He helped me get in touch with CarMax and was able to ask and answer the questions I had no idea about. I was there almost all day and they all were super nice and helpful as well. If I could leave higher stars and express my gratitude more I would.

The finest people make up the work force. Brandon is totally honest and whatever he and his staff tell you about your car is always absolutely accurate. Would go anywhere else . BHave been a customer for decades and decades.

10/10 had a tire sensor problem they fixed it easy I've taken it to multiple places that told me they didn't have the required stuff for it

Always great service and upfront communication on pricing and timing expectations. After running over road debris and with two slowly leaking tires, Ben went above and beyond to see if a tire I’d purchased from them previously was still under warranty. It was, saving $200. All the more reason I’m come back to them for future service (but hopefully not too soon ??).

This is the absolute best mechanic, tire, & lube place in the area. Owned by a local, home-grown Nashvillian......though the massive number of service bays would make you think it's a giant corporate garage.They're friendly, fair, and incredibly reasonably priced. They offer complimentary shuttle service if you need (and you may just find that the owner is the one picking you up or dropping you off, from time to time).These people stand behind their work and treat your car like their own. Do yourself a favor and let this amazingly well run LOCALLY OWNED business take care of your vehicle. You won't regret it.
