I made a return from Rivergate for shoes and clothes I bought for my family and they didn't fit! And I did it at the Hermitage and the manager was very rude and told me that they didn't return the shoes because they were marked in black on the bottom and it had to be a silver marker and she told me that she couldn't give me the return, it's not my fault that the workers painted the shoes black, it was definitely not my fault I just wanted my refund I would not go again

They yell at you when you are trying to help them by donating. I'm trying to keep you in a job while you are stressing everyone out by yelling!! Do your job, and be grateful that you have one. Some are not as fortunate!

Generic goodwill with overpriced goods. Donation employees are always rude. Today the cashier asked for help with 5 people in line and more stacking up and a return to be made. Another employee, assuming the manager, came from another area and told her she could handle it then went back behind the door. Don't be surprised if you see lines of 10 customers and one cashier.

I was ready with a shopping cart to buy! I admit I had more than 6 items going into the dressing room but when u have 2 dressing rooms u don't want people waiting! the lady behind the counter yelled okay! first off you don't need to yell cause I won't be so friendly! then when I came out with all my stuff she watching me like I was going to steal something! I'm the first person that will admit what I bring in I bring out! that's my duty! but with all the attitude! I left the cart on the side and left and I wont be back! there's another one in Mt juliet that much bigger and better! I didn't even need the stuff I just came in to see what I could find! I wont be treated like that when I know I do the right thing! I wonder why this store has a 3.8! and why racks aren't filled! sooner than later this store will have a 2.0! the way it's going!

Becoming overpriced. This is a Dollar Tree decoration listed for twice the price. Also, the color tag deals have become laughable. There is literally nothing that matches the tag deals.

The price and quality of the stuff are excellent, as well as the customer service is very good.

‘Men’s’ section was 50% men’s, 50% women’s. The sizing sections meant nothing either with random sizes throughout the entirety of racks.

Update: I have waited a bit since my last donation to critique my recent experience. Preface: the Goodwill employee was very friendly. On my last drop-off of donations I was instructed to unload and sort all my items myself. The employee watched me and offered instruction and correction if I placed an item in the wrong donation bin; but, there was no assistance given in unloading or sorting of items. I do not mind helping unload my donations; but being ordered around by the employee to sort my items while they stood there chatting was a little off putting. Plus I was short on time and they wanted to continue chatting at me when I finished. Awkward.I don't know that I want to donate here when I get zero help with the donations. The process took way to long as I didn't know which bins where what and had to go through all my boxes and sort everything myself.

What’s going on with your guy at the donation drop. Seems to be a pretty big problem. Yelling and telling people they don’t take this or that. Put things in different bins and stop making his job hard. When people are giving you FREE stuff this seems unacceptable.

I would do 0 stars if I could. Extremely over priced. It should be illegal to charge this much for used donated items.

I experienced the same rude reception at this drop off location as the others have noted.I will be looking for another organization to donate to from now on.

I am moving and just dropped off 5 bags of almost brand new high end clothes and shoes with some household goods. I am shocked at the rudeness in which I was treated for the second time at this location. For an organization that is receiving free merchandise that they turn around and sell to treat people rudely is extremely unacceptable. I’ve always felt good donating to GoodWill as I felt it provided work for handicapped persons. Due to this rudeness two different times and giving me an uncomfortable feeling I will be donating to another charity from here forward that appreciates the donations and shows some respect.

I was heading to Hermitage for an errand so I decided I'd deliver some donation items while in the area. It did not disappoint! Similar to its counterpart in the Boro, this location has the option to "drop and go"; no need to interact with an employee (assuming the weather is decent, that is.)The donation drop-off is located on the side of the store complete with a well-marked drive-up/thru lane, chained and coned off.On this visit there were several bins neatly lined up against the wall, each labeled by department (e.g. "household items", "clothing/shoes", etc.) One item I was donating was a little awkward to manage, so an associate rushed over to assist. It wasn't necessary, but I really appreciated their effort and kindness.
