I've always had great customer service from this place (was only getting one prescription from them) so when I was running around to every CVS and Walgreens in Nashville trying to get a prescription filled that kept getting cancelled or delayed I called them. Even though they didn't have it in stock they were able to order and get it to me within a couple days mail order (called on Monday I had it Wednesday). Thank you so much!

Terrible customer service. In February they called me in the middle of a meeting. I asked them to email me or call me back. It's late July and I just connected with them. They blamed me for not chasing them to get the prescribed cream. Moreover, when I asked who is the customer who should be followed up upon, their answer was "you are not a customer, we are giving you a medication." I believe they don't understand the basics of who pays for medications. I would never recommend to work with this pharmacy unless you want to be chasing them down.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Screwed me out of a monthly prescription I have to get in a certain one period because my copay was “too cheap”. Even offered to pay the supposedly $40 they’d be losing and still said no. Now I have to pay for another $50 appointment to get My prescription sent to another pharmacy l. Can’t believe my doctor recommended them, and will definitely make sure they don’t recommend anyone else since they’re obviously too small for new clients.

A bit hard to find. They have 9 - 5 type hours and appear closed most holidays. Being said, they're quite helpful and generally have the newer, harder to find prescription meds available. Works with most insurance plans and will help you find a manufacturer coupon if your plan doesn't cover the big pharma exorbitant costs.

This pharmacy is very Blasphemous. The person who counts your meds out and puts them in the bottle takes your tablets and puts in the system the correct count to make it look like they gave you the correct amount you are suppose to receive . Im not giving this pharmacy any stars but it won't let me post without putting one which they do not deserve and I do not recommend them if you are getting any narcotics or anything of those lines because someone steals your medicine in that pharmacy. If you have no choice to go to them then always record your self opening your package and counting your medicine because they will not do anything to reimburse you and say that you are lying . VERY DISREPECTFUL, UCIVIL, CONTEMPTUOUS PEOPLE THERE. I will be calling there corporate office and talking with the CEO !!!!!
