Mike and Corey were excellent movers. I’ve had three out of state moves and these guys were the best. They were incredibly responsive to let me know when they would be arriving and when they had hang ups (Atlanta traffic, weight station) and went above and beyond to take care of my furniture and maneuver through the small doors of my old home. They had a very long day moving me from Nashville to Atlanta but they kept a great attitude. Moves usually stress me out because in my experience the movers don’t take care of your stuff but I had nothing to worry about with these guys. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone!! Thank you!!

When I used Goodguys to move out of my home they had to put my furniture in storage until I found my new home. They shove and pushed furniture to make it fit into the storage unit. When the furniture was taken out three months later my furniture was badly damaged. There were deep scratches and hunks of wool broken off of bed leg. This is not your cheap partial board. They broke a lamp that belonged to my Grandmother and my butter dish. The minor scratches I used touch up pens from Lowe’s that concealed most of the scratches. Dents and chips don’t cover. The movers took pictures of the broken and badly damaged pieces to show the owner. I haven’t heard from him. Do not use these movers unless you want your furniture destroyed. I still haven’t found my box that was labeled costume jewelry.

I moved into my apartment and Nashville. They were on time and very professional. They did such an amazing job with the truck and my new apartment. I'm very impressed with their work, Austin and Damian were great.

My most recent move is my first experience with Good Guys. I was more than pleased! Brandon and his team were prompt, efficient, friendly, and everything arrived in one piece. The guys went the extra mile to make sure everything was packed well and arrived at the destination safely. I felt I was charged a very competitive and fair price for a 25 mile move. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic!!!!! The guys were very considerate of all of our items! They also went as quickly as possible to try and SAVE US MONEY! Never heard of this happening with a moving company before! They saved us over $200 by being efficient!!! Not only were they polite and courteous they were hard working! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING!!

They did an excellent job moving my mother from Nashville to a lake house. They were careful and sure not to mess anything up. Also they were much cheaper than their competition. I'd highly recommend for anyone looking to move!

They were so accommodating when our closing date was changed just six days prior. They were able to make the change without hesitation. Our move was long, but they did a wonderful job and I couldn't recommend them more! If you want movers would enjoy their job and have fun while doing it, these are your guys! Definitely not the best experience for me. I only booked services to move things from my garage to a loading truck I already had. After showing up 2 hours late. During the move, a few boxes were dropped. They were even labeled fragile and had my glassware in it. Half the glassware in that box was damaged. One of the moves after dropping a second box, took off his shoes to complete the move. Who does that?!?! . He said his shoes were not getting any traction. I actually had to help the other mover with carrying a few of my furniture items since the other couldn't handle it. The mover then mentioned to me that the other mover was not even a part of the truck which meant was not even suppose to be there. Normally, I would've just called the whole move off and got another moving company, but I had to be out my house that day due to someone else moving in. I even called support several times and put in a request for the items damaged, really haven't heard much back from them except for the sales reps who couldn't help but eventually put me into contact with claims. I even took pictures of the damages. I personally wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Please work on improving your process and customer care procedures.

Brandon and Kyle came to the rescue when my first movers didn't finish the job. My lease was ending and I had to move out of my rental house. They came in the next day even though they had just finished a large job the day before and saved the day. Everything was wrapped safely, loaded quickly and brought to my new house and put away exactly as the boxes were labeled. Then within just a few weeks when my father died they were ready to come to Florida and help me move all of his things to Nashville. Their team went beyond the call of duty and I highly recommend them.

I have had my share of moves within the middle TN area over the years and my move on March 25 with Good Guys Moving was, by far, the easiest! From start to finish, every part of this transaction was seamless. Brandon, Kyle and their team worked carefully and efficiently to ensure that all of my belongings were loaded and delivered damage-free. They also ended up being way ahead of promised timing. These guys are friendly, honest and hard-working. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again for my future middle TN moves. RLN

We had such an awesome experience with Good Guys. Kyle and his team were extremely professional. They showed up early and were very clean cut. I was nervous because I have had bad experience with movers stealing and breaking my items. They double padded and shrink wrapped EVERYTHING down to the little things. They were very fast and efficient. The team was courteous of my space and kept out of the way. I loved working with them so much, I referred them to my mother to help her move from South Carolina. They gave us the best price and we trust them! I would HIGHLY recommend using Good Guys!
