Recently visited the Nashville store and got my first pair of Golden Goose sneakers. The entire staff was attentive and so helpful. I worked with Mallory and she ensured I left with something I loved! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my shoes and can’t wait to visit them again for my next purchase. Highly recommend!

Pay extra for customization ($150), designer wasn’t available and were told we could just bring them back. *We were not advised they could not be worn at the time*. Bring them back, say they can’t because they are worn (receipt says only returns need to be unworn), ask for a refund..”best we can do is store credit for next pair”…won’t be back for another pair after that customer service.

I've had good experiences every time I've been into this store. There was one instance when I really needed my receipt emailed to me because I ordered them through a link the worker sent me and no matter how many times I asked I couldn't get it so I had to talk to a manager who politely sent it to me. Every time I've been in everyone is so friendly, helpful, and polite. I always enjoy going into the store and buying shoes from them!

If you want a pair of Golden Goose, you need to go to this store and ask for Matthew. He is AMAZING and set a new standard for customer service. Skip the department store.

Great store with excellent customer service. Had the opportunity to work with McKenzie on finding the right shoe for me. She was fantastic. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Five stars.
