Your experience will vary greatly depending on which employee you talk to. There’s a few highly knowledgeable individuals, but you’ll probably deal with employees who present themselves to be, while having gaps in fundamental knowledge. The matches hosted at the indoor range are worth your time. The aftermarket parts available aren’t particularly tasteful. The custom shop quoted me $1000 and 6 months to mill a slide. A competitor quoted $20. Their excuse being an expression of their lack of understanding, which made me glad they didn’t touch it.

The Custom Shop exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. Easy ordering, well explained shipping, fantastic communication throughout, faster than promised service, and most of all great product and craftsmanship. Highly recommend!

This review is for online orders. They usually take a couple days just to fill the order and a couple days to receive the order at your home. I was disappointed by the San Diego location years ago because I would pay for overnight shipping and it took forever. Now that they've moved to Tennessee,it has gotten some what better,but still not that great. Overall,the one star reviews are understandable and deserved. I do find some things here that are not available at other online stores,but this is NOT my go to Glock store.

Such a cool place. Very beet! And the young lady Breann, I hope I didn’t mess up the name, but she was very helpful in getting me all I needed. Will for sure be back! And even able to park there with semi!

4/18/2024-They offer a lot of things for a Glock and ordering online is easy BUT....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!. Website explanation of some of the parts are subpar. One example is the difference between the different pyramid triggers offered, or the pounds pressure for the tungsten guide rods. In regard to customer service, you will be on the phone for 20-25 minutes to get through, and they offer texting but they don't always respond. They state the turn around time for handgun parts on their website but not for the guns themselves. My order is going on 2 weeks with no idea when it will be done and shipped. Texted last week and got a response from someone who checked with the gunsmith and stated it would ship early the following week, but after not hearing anything I called back (waited 24 minutes to get thru) and the gentleman wouldn't go check with the gunsmith where the product was at or when it would ship, and just gave a general answer. I asked if he would go check and he wouldn't. A little frustrating to purchase with this company. Not sure I would use them again.

Edit; I understand that with everything going on they have shipping problems. I finally received my barrel and it's all good now. But know when you order something it may take a few to get it.Been waiting over a month for my order. They were quick to take the money out of my bank. I should have read the reviews before I made my purchase. I have more stuff I'd like to order but I'll wait and see if I get the order I've already made. Can find the same things at places I've dealt with before but wanted to check this place out

This was first order from Glock store. It will also be my last! I ordered ONE item that was in stock. 6 days later, order still hasn’t even been fulfilled. Paid for expedited shipping? Save your money. Need something in a hurry? Don’t depend on these guys. Needless to say after a call to customer service and getting everything except a direct answer as to when I could expect my item. After a 30 + minute wait on hold, a 10 minute conversation with every answer except what I was asking I was told that POSSIBLY it would be processed and shipped by the middle of NEXT week! Then it would take 4 to 5 business days from that point to receive my item. Long story short, COMPLETE disappointment. Especially after paying MORE to get it faster and it taking longer to receive than if I would’ve have bought it CHEAPER from another site. Thank goodness I decided to do a test order. After I received items from 3 other sites in the mail already even though they were ordered after this order and I didn’t pay for “expedited” shipping. Yeah! I’ll go anywhere but here from now on.

I had a terrible experience with The Glock Store, which was both deceitful and frustrating. They falsely advertise products as "in stock" on their website, only to later reveal they have none available, a clear bait-and-switch tactic. My order for an allegedly available item was quickly followed by a notification of it being out of stock, and contacting them was a hassle as they only communicate via text messages.Additionally, reputable manufacturers like Sig Sauer have severed ties with them over questionable business practices, a major red flag. Despite listing items as available, they fail to fulfill orders promptly, wasting customers' time and money. Other retailers had the product readily available, highlighting The Glock Store's inefficiency.Avoid The Glock Store to spare yourself the trouble. Their dishonesty and poor service are not worth your time. This is a warning to steer clear of their business and spread the word about their unacceptable practices.

I had a great experience shopping at this store. Customer service didn't follow me around like a stalking security guard, and was available when I was interested in some products behind the counter. The customer service person was very informative with my questions and very patient with my lack of experience. I highly recommend this business. I didn't see the guy from the Glock store YouTube videos and I didn't ask.

Was at the store on a busy Saturday. Had to be pro active to grab someone to help me which is understandable. Needed a couple small parts and an EDC magwell for my 19 Gen 5 and the associate couldn't have been more helpful!! Thank you Glockstore!
