Where do I start? By far the best experience with ANY shopping experience I have ever had. We were on the hunt for a Sherri Hill dress that seemed to be a unicorn. Krista was AMAZING. I spoke with her initially, at least a month ago, she didn’t have the dress, but saw that it was on their radar to be ordered. She kept in contact with me every Wednesday to let me know if the dress had come in, even reaching out to me before I had she chance to call! And today the dress came in! So the unicorn is now ours and my daughter’s senior prom is complete! So this May, Glitz Nashville will be represented in Northeast Ohio and we couldn’t be happier! I would recommend them 1000x over. Krista is the best and I couldn’t have asked for anything different this shopping experience, it was PERFECT! Even from 550 miles away!

I absolutely loved this place. I was looking for a dress for my senior prom and I've had such a hard time finding a dress because I wanted something that was more elegant. The selection is great and offers more than just sequenced dresses! The service was amazing and all the girls who help you are so kind. Everyone in the store is so supportive and they make you feel like a princess. Out of all the prom stores I've been to, this was by far my favorite and I would recommend this to everyone!

I can not say enough good things about Glitz. Came here to find my daughter's prom dress after several failed shopping trips at other shops, and I wish we would have came here first. The entire staff was super nice, but we were luckily matched with Dale for fittings, and we could not have been happier. They were amazing, very patient and kind and very knowledgeable on their inventory. The inventory is large and has a great range of styles. After quite a bit of time, my daughter had it narrowed down to 2 dresses of complete opposite styles. They managed to find a dress that combined the aspects of each dress that she liked, to find the perfect fit for her. We actually purchased a style that I don't think my daughter would have even considered if she hadn't felt as comfortable with Dale as she did. We never felt rushed and Dale made my daughter feel so beautiful and confident, which as a mother, I can not thank them enough for! The dress is absolutely stunning on her. She can not wait for prom this year!

Did not receive the Glitz experience I expected to receive after driving 2 1/2 hours to visit this store in search of a prom dress for my daughter. The store was so crowded with people you could barely move around and the associate that we were place with whose name was Janna was not friendly. My daughter was very uncomfortable with her. This is her senior prom and supposed to be an exciting experience. Everything we saw online that showed available in her size was not in store. We paid a 50 deposit to reserve a time which was non refundable, and the customer service was horrible. I left there and went to RJS Bridal and Formal shop that was not far from Glitz and found the perfect dress and they did alterations in store for free while we were there. The staff at RJS Bridal and Formal was a 10/10 when it came to customer service and my daughter left there with the biggest smile on her face. Glitz seems as they are only interested in making a sale and rushes you to pick a dress, even though we paid a deposit for a reserved time slot we still had to wait when when we got there to get placed with an associate and get dressing room. Very disappointed.

Any dresses that I saw online was not in the store. No variety of dresses for plus size girls! Everywhere was a tight space with people sitting directly in front of the only mirror in the building. 0/10 experience for me. Im warning you now, if you’re a size 16-30 don’t even waste your time in stores. They don’t do alterations either. ;)

It seems the selection is not as good as last year. Don't bother with an appointment. Waste of $50. No individual attention. They let people in to the point you can barely look at dresses because people are standing in front of them because there's no where else to stand. It was just not an enjoyable experience. Went to a different store with an appointment and it was better since it was not over crowded. When one prioritizes quantity of sales over the quality of the experience, your service satisfaction goes down. I'm just glad this is the last time we have to shop for a prom dress. I will say the staff is very helpful and sweet. Nothing negative about them. It's just the store's need to squeeze too many people at one time that diminishes the experience.

If you are looking for a pleasant, relaxing prom dress shopping outing this is NOT the place! We were very excited to drive quiet away to shop for a dress only to leave within 15 minutes of arriving. Walking in you a greeted by very nice staff, the token green floral wall with "Glitz" in lights and a few gorgeous gowns on mannequins. I was so hopeful. That's where the lovely ends. You go up the stairs ino a very bleak large room with chairs (not the comfortable kind) lining the wall and in front of a large mirror. The mass amount of people made it hard to even get in to where they had garmet racks so tightly packed in you could barely navigate through. All the dresses are in clear plastic bags and so tightly packed not only can you not see them, but could not browse with any ease. My daughter said "we are in prom dress purgatory" as I Google "where to buy prom dresses in Nashville". If I am going to drop the money to buy the perfect prom dress I want the experience too. Yes, we want to be with other moms and girls and enjoy that experience, but not like this cattle call of a venue. So, we went to Nordstrom at Green Hills, had a wonderful, relaxing, enjoyable time and found the perfect dress!

I was in a pinch, forgot my dress for an event. These ladies were my absolute fairy godmothers! They immediately helped me find a dress and helped me make it work for my size. They were beyond sweet and helped with my anxiety, making it a pleasant experience. I couldn't be more grateful! Also, the dress is stunning!

we drove 3 hours to look at dresses and were treated very rudely by an older lady with short hair. We were told this is not a self serve place. We just left and took our money across town to another shop with much nicer service! Will NOT ever step foot in Glitz again!
