These people are IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. I unfortunately will be closing on a house in July in Salmens Landing. I have called 4 different times over 2 weeks just to get the rules for putting up a fence and haven't recieved them yet. No wonder it's taking so long for people to get fences put up. So far they have done nothing to help new home owners. The absolute worst management company i will definitely vote to remove them.
Update: I just read the answer to the review and the answer is totally false due to the fact that I don't have a husband. I finally did get the fence but still has been difficult communicating with the hoa manager

This mng service is garbage they don't do anything but take your money, they will have your vehicle towed if your tags have expired less than 30 days without any warning you think they would have the decently to at least put a sticker or something on your vehicle before callig a tow service, some people may forget that there tags have expired that should be up to police department not the HOA .My vehicle was towed and I had no other way to pick my child up from school and this Management service did not care!! They claimed it was towed because of cars being stolen in the area but if you would have spoken with the PD you would've seen the car was registered to the owner of the home ..Terrible customer service this HOA manger should be fired this is unacceptable!!!! Absolutely heartless!!! I filed an appeal but to no avail!!!

We live on West End Station in Lebanon TN our HOA management is Aaron Aguilar. We have issues in the community all the time regarding our yards and especially the sprinkler systems. Sprinklers stay on for days in some areas creating flooding and some areas are desert dry. We send in numerous work orders (once every week for a period of 6weeks) and never get a response.
I checked email. I do get notifications that message/ work order was sent and is in review. Never get a response from Aaron. My phone number is also available and updated and I can be reached out that way. But still nothing.
