My all time favorite gym. Great atmosphere and its affordable. I feel so much better after leaving. It is an anti-diet culture gym so the focus is always on loving your body. I have been going here for years and always will. Could not recommend it enough!!

This place is the real deal. I've been a part of this community for nearly 4 years now, and it's changed me for the better. If you're looking for a community that is anti-diet culture, anti-oppression, honest and steadfast... this is it. The staff is experienced and professional. The facility is nice, clean and equipped with anything you may need. Thank you, getFIT615, for being not only a gym but a home.

getFIT615 is for EVERYONE.When I first started going to getFIT615 I had very little exercise experience outside of at-home workouts. Gyms had always made me feel uncomfortable in my own body and because of that I thought exercise was not for me but one class at getFIT615 changed that. The getFIT615 community is one of the most welcoming, supportive, and knowledgeable communities in the Nashville area. They truly want everyone to find joy and belonging in their space. At getFIT615 I learned not only how to move my bod but how to move it in a way that was right for me.

The entire 60 minutes of class takes place while liberal politics are being shoved in your face. I’m not kidding, the entire 60 minutes. The discussion is as if no other opinions matter, and you shouldn’t partake if you don’t believe in what is being discussed. I know everyone has different opinions and beliefs and I can respect that in small talk- totally fine and expected- however when I exercise I want to leave feeling energized and like I got a mental break from the world and was surrounded by people who are also simply just trying to do something good for themselves that day, not to get a 60 minute lecture that drains me emotionally and leaves me more stressed than when I arrived. This has happened too many times, I will not return.

Fantastic spot! As A newbie to weight training I've been taking personal training classes with the owner Jess for the last 4 months. Jess and the other trainers here are all awesome, knowledgeable, and wonderfully welcoming. It's so empowering to be learning and celebrating my strength and growth in an environment that really prioritizes my goals and overall health not some number on a scale.Whether you're looking for individual training to group classes, you're a newbie or old pro, this is a great place to check out!

I am not a workout class person, but more of a struggle in silence while trying to figure out what to do in the gym. I found this gym through a long search for trauma informed yoga classes. As of Feb 2022, this gym is the only gym/studio in town that offers these classes and they're once a month on Sunday afternoons. The teacher was good and the class was very chill and low intensity. To attend that class, I bought 14 days for $14. As a first year teacher, I try to get my money's worth out of things so I decided to push myself out of my comfort zone and sign up for a class. The gym is a little hard to find your first time depending on where you're coming from, since it's underneath the yoga studio at street level. I came in, nervous and not knowing what to expect. I had signed up for Sweat with Jess, the owner. Sweat is a circuit class, but there's a lot of flexibility on what exercises you actually do. Jess led us in a warm up then explained the first circuit, but I must have looked like a deer in the headlights. She came up to me and quietly asked if I needed some help and I said yes please. She got me some small weights, demonstrated, then stayed with me until I got it. She was fantastic at checking in with me throughout the class in a quiet, respectful way. I've never met a class instructor like her, who was equal parts personable and professional. She was so encouraging, kind, funny, and clearly knew her stuff. It was a good workout, but I really appreciated that she told us to listen to our bodies and do what we needed. The class flew by too, which I have never said about a workout class. I've already signed up for my next class! I cant even put all the amazing things about this gym in a review, partially because my hands are sore from the kettlebell. I highly recommend checking out their website, they have a fantastic vision/ purpose.

I really like the effort that's been put into making classes accessible in the pandemic. It’s the only thing that’s motivated me to stay on track when all the face-to-face options closed and I appreciate the continuity in the zoom classes even after the “in real life” classes started again bc I feel safer from home but still feel accountable.

Easy to purchase, book, and access classes from the app. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Wish I lived closer and could attend in person, but the virtual classes are fantastic!

GetFIT615 is THE best group fitness in Nashville. If you want a place that lifts you up, makes you sweat, and gives you a sense of community- look no further. I joined when I was going through ED recovery and I can honestly say getfit615 was a pillar in my journey of finding movement I love and enjoying it once again.

I don't live in Nashville, but since so many studios have made themselves available on ClassPass for virtual classes, I've been enjoying "traveling" to different cities to try different classes. One of the very first things I noticed about this local business is the fact that they included pronouns of all their instructors directly next to the class name. I thought that was so inclusive and awesome...and to be honest, I have never seen it before in any fitness or yoga class I've ever attended. It says so much to me about their values as a studio. I attended the trauma informed yoga class with Sarah via ZOOM. I really appreciated how easy the studio made it for me to find the link and that the process was seamless. Another thing that attracted me to the studio was that I was astounded with the diversity of experience, education, and the focus on mental and spiritual health that their website explained for instructors. For example, Sarah is a body positive advocate that doesn't believe in diet culture or fatphobia. She has a focus on trauma informed practices and making yoga accessible to all bodies. Her bio online says she has worked with many different organizations as a licensed master social worker. It makes a huge difference when the folks who teach trauma yoga classes actually know what they are doing versus trying to implement something they read in a book. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with the studio, even if my own computer issues did force me to have to log out early (if you're reading this Sarah, sorry about that!) If I find myself near music Row in Nashville I wouldn't hesitate to take another yoga class at this wonderful place.

Honestly, GetFit might be my favorite place in all of Nashville. It feels like so much more than a gym. You get a sense of community, a space to explore what movement means to you, and a really good sweat, too. The workouts are great, but the people (and pups!) are even better.

Great fitness studio for all kinds of people. I tried to go to the YMCA after coming here for several months. It didn't work. I came back to get fit 615.
