We are just passing through on a road trip and my Porsche 996 needed attention. GPO took me in within a day, explained ahead of time what they were going to do, performed meticulous diagnostics and did their best to restore a part made from unobtainium. The charges were reasonable and I felt well taken care of.
Other shops I have been to will take advantage of someone who is clearly not a repeat customer. GPO on the other hand was a super positive experience. Martin with a 996 convertible from Canada.

Can’t say enough positive things about GPO. My 2018 330i has given me quite the headache over the last 10 months with major coolant leaks, water pump issues, etc. GPO goes above & beyond in their honesty, efficiency, thoroughness & kindness. Randall, Daniel, & the entire staff is an all star team that makes me confident I’ll be leaving in a safe, beyond up to par vehicle. They rise to the challenge of even the trickiest of cases. Anyone who has a German vehicle, this is THE place.

GPO did a fantastic job performing an alignment on my 86 Porsche 944. Drove two hours from jackson, totally worth it. No where else near me was willing, nor did i trust them. 10/10

GPO is the best mechanic that I have encountered in Nashville. Their level of customer service and attention to detail is incredible.
I would like to recognize Shawn Thiele specifically as he has taken the time to speak with me multiple tiems over the phone, discuss potential prices, and whether or not it's a common issue for my year and model of car before even inspecting it in person. When I did bring it in, his estimate laid out everything to the exact dollar amount for each individual part and labor. He also called my extended warranty carrier and effectively explained the issue in-depth and got them to cover almost 90% of the cost of repairs.
Their prices are very fair and I know I can trust them to be honest and not try to upsell me on anything I don't need. Truly a 5 star experience and I know we will continue to use them for all our maintenance and repairs moving forward!

Shawn & this team at GPO do everything right. Can you save a few bucks, drive to rural Tennessee? Of course. However you will probably wind up here at GPO in Nashville. They are outstanding, get to know their customers & cherished cars. Trust me.

Had my Audi exhaust upgraded and the swapped my cats out and didn’t inform me that they kept my original cats. I’m not a car nerd so I didn’t know. Now I have a check engine light and have to spend thousands on OEM cats. Scum took advantage of me. Thieves.

I want to say this place goes above and beyond to help not only it’s customers but he helped my daughter who had run out of gas and was stuck waiting on friends to come. Randle from the place helped her out with gas to get to a gas station. Thank you Randle for all your help and if I can recommend anything just go in and see for yourselves.
