Very beautiful resort. If I had any issues it would be all lobbys were not open so checking in was a bit of an employee has been amazing though.

We went here during the weekend for our church event for Lads to Leaders. It was very nice, but this place is like a maze if you haven’t been here. Rooms are very nice, especially if you get a room with a nice view. The service is very good especially security, my daughter scrapped her knee and reopened her wound and security was very voice and detailed about the situation. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure my daughter was ok. The food there looks and smells amazing, we had pizza for lunch one day. I only gave it a four star because it is very expensive here. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Took an hour to find a room after getting the wrong directions at check-in. We had to roll our luggage all through the hotel. Indoor pool smelled badly of chlorine and mold. Rooms were just average price was above average. I will not be returning. I would rather go to the cute little cabins at the KOA just down the road.

While I expected to like this hotel, I didn't expect to love it like I did. Our drive that day to the hotel took exceptionally long, and they upgraded our room to one with a balcony, so that was just the icing on that cake. The balcony in the Delta district was quiet and lovely and after a really long drive it was so nice to "step outside" and relax. The entire grounds are beautiful. The staff (from valet to check in and around the grounds) were helpful and friendly. I do think the waterpark should be included for the price you pay for the resort, so we did not use Soundwaves because of the exorbitant cost, but the hotel does have a big pool for guests that really isn't advertised. I waited until rates went down to book, but would return again in a heartbeat. Edited to add that we did not eat here except for the pizza after hours. Pizza was good and reasonably priced for a family of 4. When we arrived at 7pm there were no check in lines. I did see longer lines at check in around 2-4pm. You can skip the line and use the Bonvoy app to check in.

We did have to wait on our rooms but that was ok. We attended the Lads to Leaders over the weekend. There were shops and restaurants. I loved the trees and the water, the fountains. A world within a bubble. My girls and I are having a terrific time making memories here.

We ate at the buffet and it was good. Just make sure you get full to get your monies worth. The Delta Riverboat tour was nice to learn some of the history of the hotel.

Basic rooms. Even the suites. Nothing impressive. Beed to book special activities In advance. Costs more. Too many people crammed in the courtyards.
