I have never had a good experience here. My dad bought new tires for my car 2 years ago, and he bought a warranty along with it. I have had two tire issues and they have charged me each time for a new tire even though I have the warranty but they claim it is at a “pro-rated” price. Not to mention both times they have not tightened up the lug nuts and I have had other shops say that my tire could have fallen off. Not giving them my business again.

Took my personal car to Gateway, tire automotive in Columbia, Tennessee to have the brakes did back rotors were fine. They replaced the pads front brakes need replaced rotors were turned month and a half later my front brake starts scrubbing take it back to Gateway,. They tell me I need rotors And new brake pads brake pads were replaced under warranty. I had to buy the rotors now two months later my front brakes are scrubbing. Once again now I’m going to have to take my car back down to Gateway, automotive in Columbia, Tennessee, and let it sit there for days before they fix my front brakes Opinion, they should’ve fixed them right the first time will be taking my car back within the next week to have the front brakes fixed once again, but will never return afterwards. Customer service is great. They have a good game but when it comes to repairs it’s a different story .

Told us that we would have to change suspension parts that had been replaced a month ago before they would do an alignment. They said that since it hadn't been done at their shop they could not perform an alignment. We went to Goodyear literally one block away and they were happy to do the alignment.

I would 100% recommend bringing all your tire needs here! Professional and courteous service. I'm from Georgia visiting my son for Thanksgiving. I ended up having a flat and had to get my tire patched.(there was a razor blade in it) ? They did not even charge me. 10 out of 10 for sure!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
