Eric and the Babylon team were so incredible to work with! He was so great on keeping me updated on the project status, stuck exactly to our budget, and made sure we knew all our options for the best result. We actually had gotten a couple slightly lower quotes from other businesses, but decided to still use Babylon because they were so reliable and professional throughout our quote process. Couldn’t be happier with our decision and how it all turned out!!!

They sell you a great story, then repeatedly miss expectations. I signed up for the all inclusive $1k/month maintenance program and over $35k of upgrades. I now have dead trees, a sparse looking lawn and sickly looking landscape after they twice left my irrigation system turned down. They text you to say they're coming to "work on the beds" but I've never seen them actually work on the beds. They still haven't trimmed my shrubs. Very disappointed all around.

The prices can be a little high sometimes, but you get the quality you pay for. All of their plants are healthy and strong, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable. They do a great job of staging the place and making it beautiful year round.

I can’t recommend Gardens of Babylon enough! From the very beginning through the installation, they were easy to get in touch with, quick to respond with helpful answers and solutions, and fun to work with during the whole process. From design to installation and maintenance, they’re the best. The crews are so great, too. Will use again and again!

Great group of people you should go
by and see Neil. And the team very knowledgeable about their plants and and absolutely great sales team. They truly care about their customers. I had a problem with some bulbs.They took care of the problem for me. And gave me great advice on how to take care of my plants Thank you, Neil.I do appreciate it (update both bulbs are doing well the one that got rot has been took care of Neil it did come back a little slow but letting it dry out and your secret remedy (prox) really did help pic is what it looks like today both bulbs are coming out / 2 photos for update look at my beautiful elephant ears

Unfortunately, the landscaping plan presented on paper didn’t look the same once planted. Very sparse, small plantings at a very high cost. The edging install was nice but, for the price, I am definitely not satisfied with the outcome. See the drawings versus the plantings in the attached photos. Additionally the tree and hydrangeas are very stressed and will likely die even with regular watering. Tree is leaning because hole wasn't deep enough.

I would give 10 stars to Gardens of Babylon if I could! We hired them to landscape our front beds at our house and install a new patio in our backyard. The communication with Matt & Josh was stellar! I always felt up-to-date on our project and they were quick to answer any questions we have. Their team (headed up by Natividad) was professional, and took great care to get everything right. Our project was completed ahead of schedule even! Seriously, if you want your landscaping/patio project done well, contact Gardens of Babylon!
