Beautiful garden setting. Plenty of places to stop and take a breather. Restaurants, benches etc. Parking is pretty steep, but if you have the energy for a five to ten minute walk, you can park at the mall on the movie theater side. Park as far as you can away from the movie theater and look for the walkway near the Gaylord Events Center. See pictures. Follow that walkway, go through the green covered awning and head towards the right after you exit the awning. That brings you to the Delta entrance of the hotel. Head past the elevators to your left and you'll walk right into the conservatory.

Everything you need is here even the gift shops now the gift shops are pricey when the
mall is a walk away

It's very nice but the motel has to be making a fortune. Almost 40 bucks to park, the boat ride has gone up to $15.75. It's just not worth it. We did park free over by the mall and walked in. But come on why do all these places feel they have to screw us every chance they get?

The most beautiful hotel. Great rooms and amazing staff. Terrific water slide and pool for the whole family. We were here for a convention but will come again with our family.

My family enjoyed walking around in the beautiful scenery. We took the boat ride, which was neat to see all the different types of plants and the history. The only thing I wished they offered the Qave pool to none guest, but in all it's a nice stop and especially to beat the heat!

We did not stay in this marvel of a hotel, though we are so glad we came and explored it. One day we will have to save enough money to stay a night! This is such a sight to see. I am a plant lover so I was in awe the whole time. You must adventure through here. I am sure our kiddos would have loved it also.
Toilets: The restroom was very clean and nice.

Absolutely beautiful, the plants here are super happy and you can tell. There is even a giant fiddle leaf fig TREE. I found a pothos leaf bigger than my hand. We stopped at the gelato place inside as well and it was amazing! Nice and cool inside as well perfect place to be when its hot out.

This place was quite an Uber ride over. It's a massive place with things to see, do, and eat. Waited through the garden conservatory in 15 minutes. Then I found myself in the two marketplaces where there's a boat ride, waterfalls, dining, and shopping. It was definitely a nice place to be when trying to avoid the heat. There is a water park that is only open to the residents of the hotel. Mind you there are hotel rooms surrounding the ENTIRE location. Pretty cool place to check out.

Boat ride was pleasant and we learned a few things about the expansion of the buildings. Pretty awesome that >5000 plants are inside and that you can walk around and see them all.
