Don't come here the service sucks. I come to the store 5 hours before the store close and the girl don't wanna do my trade ins. I just wanted to trade my games and buy a new one and she throw a tempered tantrum like a child so I just left unbelievable. You so lazy you can't do a trade in. Like why work at GameStop if you don't want to service customers. Wish I knew her name so I could be more specific. ?

Ordered a PS5 for pickup. Store says it opens at 11AM. Got there 10 minutes before opening and waited until 11:30 AM before leaving.
Returned at 12:30 PM to the store still closed.

I went to this location to pick up a PlayStation 5 I bought online. Store website says they will be open at 12pm, I showed up at 12 sharp, and the store was still closed. Me that used to work in the retail business, I understand things happen. Openers running late and whatnot, so I just sat in my car and waited. By 1230, the store still wasn’t open. I had to leave for work and couldn’t wait any longer. Sounds like someone needs to be written up or let go

Terrible store came in with a controller that had just stick drift and I had bought warranty with it just to trade for another broken one which apparently was working on there non accurate shitty system spent another 10$ for warranty. Then came back to trade for there other controller which apparently was last in stock at 69.99 went home and my r1 button wasn't responsive and he had the nerve to ask if I wanted warranty on that to. Overall just a scam and they know what there doing with these controllers now I'm stuck with a broken piece of junk and have to buy another. Not even that the big guy that worked there didn't even care enough didn't even check to see if it was damaged before he sent it off to me.

Went in to try to trade in a device and was told that they wouldn’t take the trade in because they were getting to close after driving 20+ minutes from another location because they had no trade in cards.

Gamestop took my points away. Like all chain big box stores they cancel your points due to policy changes. Well I too have policies. One of which is never buying anything else, EVER, from Gamestop. Everything they sell can be obtained from somewhere else. Now I no longer have to drive to get what I want. Shame on you Gamestop.
