Joey is very nice and helped me with my PlayStation 4 pro the controller was messed up and the original guy at the original store didn’t seem like he really wanted to help.this is my first game console I’m 32 haven’t played in 12 years and I’m just trying to get my game on.joey appreciate it

They called to pick up two reserved games that leave today, Oct. 19 at 9pm and it is not open. They should be more responsible.
