Rina and her husband did an amazing job on a family keepsake vanity. This belonged to my mother and has been restored beautifully. I highly recommend Serendipity Vintage Decor for any furniture you would like refinished. Thank you so much for a beautiful refinish!

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst company I have ever dealt with. It has been a year and the recliner this company promised to restore has not been completed. This recliner belonged to my great grandmother. I was then promised a refund of all my money ($500 deposit plus the almost $300 fabric I bought Totaling almost $800.) and to settle the matter he would still finish the recliner. That promise has been broken too and my phone calls and text messages go unanswered. There is always an excuse as to why the work hasn't been completed. Now he and his staff wont return my calls at all. Check all the reviews. Multiple people have the same complaint. I just wish these reviews were listed before I lost my vintage recliner and money. I filed a complaint with the BBB. John Holmes and his assistant refused to even response to several email, phone calls, or certified mailings. At this point I considered filing a civil suit in court. But then I would be out of the money it takes to do that also. Unfortunately it is a expensive lesson learned. This guy has scammed so many other people and have stolen their merchandise and deposit according to other reviews. You've been warned. Do NOT do business with this company. Worse experience I've ever had.

This company is a scam it's the same business of Music City restoration they will restor your pieces & sell them in this store or convince you to put them up for consignment & not recieve the piece, money or even the most importance comunication & when researching this company it shows consistently that our family aren't the only victims (reviews on google) & lack of communication show in itself what this business is about! At this point it's not about the money it's about professional business & lack of morals of respect & the heartach he causes if we dont stand up to him he will continue to hurt other famlies!
