Our experience with Friendly Arctic, and specifically Tom, was excellent. The shirts that we commissioned turned out great. Tom was communicative and helpful even with what I imagine was a fairly small order for them. When there was an issue with the shirt sizes, Tom also helped us quickly fix it.And when we were returning from our gathering (which the shirts were for), our taxi driver happened to also be a T-shirt printer - he said we got a great price for the higher quality shirts that we ordered from Friendly Arctic that he would not have been able to match!

5 stars! I worked with Tom to design sweatshirts for our software development company. Tom was patient and extremely responsive as we worked together to develop the best design. The sweatshirts were completed on-time and are absolutely stunning. Our team members and clients are raving about them. I highly recommend Friendly Arctic for all your printing needs. I will also note that I had sweatshirts priced out at 5 different shops in Nashville and Friendly Arctic was by far the most cost effective.

We haven't even received our shirts yet and I'm already super impressed with Friendly Arctic! I reached out for a quote and not only did I get pricing back the next day, I received NINE mockups (for all the color options) in the same email! We were using a company out of state and I am so happy to have found a local company to move our business too! I'm confident everything will be great, but I'll update after we receive our items.

I ordered a hoodie from the “Tennessee State Parks” collection, which I was really excited to gift to my husband. Upon opening it, I was really disappointed. The lettering and trees (on a $48 hoodie) are cheap-looking vinyl in bright (Vol) orange.**UPDATE** I was having a really bad night when I posted the above. I’m ashamed to admit that I posted hastily and thoughtlessly. Chris reached out to me today and even preemptively went ahead and refunded my order. His response was quick, understanding and professional. This particular sweatshirt didn’t really hit the mark for me—you win some, you lose some. Friendly Arctic is a great company and I’m actually proud to own several of their products. They also have fantastic customer service. Thank you!
