Someone needs to keep this business going. The owner is shutting down in June. We need freedman’s! Forget Amazon!

What type of place you can call and they immediately know the inventory in their store by memory

I've been shopping with this place since high school, way back to their Galllatin Rd days! Great affordable election of fishing, hunting, and camping gear.

I can recall going here as a kid, like 50 years ago? Anyway, my sister forwarded me a link saying they were closing their doors for good so I decided to slip in before they do...Selection of fishing lures, baits, jigs is excellent. Some things a little pricey, but it could be 'one & done'...they have most everything. They sell a variety of things AND military surplus and items too...I heard someone ask for MREs, but they're out & trying to source more. Hope I can get back before they close.Wanted a U.S. Navy deck jacket, but didn't see one...

I love going to Friedman's Army Navy Surplus. I have been shopping there, on and off for about 30 years. I had served in the United States Marines, and have enjoyed collecting old uniforms and equipment for ever. Thank you for your services to support to the last of the big ones that had served the U.S. military ?.

Friedman’s will be missed. It’s unfortunately closing in June after 74 years. Great store, great staff. I love the warm socks for women. They always have a large variety that keep your feet warm, unlike the cheap stuff regular stores sell.

It is a bit hard to find things for women of the petite size, but there's a wide variety of clothes for men and boys. Fishing, hunting, and firearm gear is good, as well as decent medic equipment.

Nice advertising for a surplus store. After visiting I can tell you not to waste your time or money. Over priced items made in CHINA…This is a mini Walmart!!
