This company has the upmost respect for their customers and will work with you no matter what your situation is. I have purchased 2 cars from them in the pass, I'm now on my third one, they have great cars and truck the ladies that have joined their team are wonderful, I have worked with Michael back in the late 80's and in the late 90's his customer service has not changed and his team made my purchase quick and easy :: SO GO GET A CAR OR TRUCK from this company

i have had my lexus rx 350 for one year exactly and on a trip to louisiana i got stuck in jackson mississippi because my transmission went out. AGAIN WITHIN A YEAR OF ME HAVING MY CAR MY TRANSMISSION WENT OUT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THIS LOT IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM.

Could not imagine a better first time car buying experience for my daughter. Franklin Motor company was recommended to me by Jeremy at the Tire Barn, which is where I have been going for all of my tire needs for the past 17 years. So I knew I could trust his recommendation. His dad, Jack, inspected the vehicle for me and gave it his seal of approval, including the price. With all the used car lots in Nashville, this one stands out like an oasis in the desert. Not only is the office clean modern but also the kindness we experience from everyone we met made me want to buy my next car from them. We were able to pay cash, but they do finance, and that includes first time car buyers. They are definitely worth it if you are in the market for a clean, pre-owned,, reliable, reasonably priced vehicle.
