So glad for this agency and how they value their customers. I met them when one of their policyholders dinged my car in a fender bender. Neal Agency treated me better than my own insurance company. I switched and wish I had earlier.

Have had my auto insurance through them for years. They have always been very helpful. When it came time to buy a house they made it very easy to move my auto insurance and home owners all into one bundle. Now I have life home and auto all through them. Great people.

Bailey walked me through the insurance process as I bought my first house. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, carefully outlining the different policies available and working with my lender to iron out details. Gave them my car policy as well and saved a lot of money. I'd highly recommend them!

I was looking for auto insurance through progressive and found this agency. I wanted an agent and they were really helpful in getting my policy set up and answering all of my questions. My agent made it really easy for me to understand what I was getting. Would def recommend them to my friends!!!

I am in the process of purchasing a home in the Nashville area, and am using F E Neal to bundle my home and car insurance in order to save as much as possible. I typically hate dealing with insurance and the seemingly hundreds of forms you have to fill out to get mediocre coverage.I have had no problems getting everything set up, and Bailey has been the utmost professional getting everything transferred and set up for my big purchase. I like dealing with a local company because it becomes more personal and there's a familiar name behind your coverage / agent.As a real estate agent, I will always recommend my clients go to F E Neal for their home insurance.

My company was denied coverage for arson. Of all the reasons the insurance company alleged in order to refuse to pay, the only one accurate was Neal & Co incorrectly filled out the application. Legal action followed, in which Neal represented themselves but not me, their client. Eventually the insurance company offered a settlement, which I signed on Neal's advice. They said I could trust them it was the best I could get. Well, even though I was the primary insured, I never got a dime. It all went to the secondary insured, who as it turns out... was the agent's daughter. Not to be trusted.
