I have been a fan of Francesca's since I first stumbled across this store in Tampa well over a decade ago. It sells women's clothing, but there are accessories that I enjoy browsing and ultimately buying something. I ended up getting a gnome case for my iPhone 5 at the time. It was one of my favourite cases. While getting a ton of exercise (both me and my credit card) shopping at Opry Mills yesterday, I saw this Francesca's store. I was already carrying a huge shopping bag full of goodies. Should I go in and check it out? I hauled myself and my goods in. The store has the same feel that I love. It had more of a focus on drinkware, from glasses, to mugs with fun sayings on them. I saw a watermelon tumbler with a matching straw. I am a huge fan of any watermelon pattern on anything. I flagged it and kept on browsing. The clearance section is at the back of the store. It was extensive. I saw my watermelon tumbler again. It was 50% off. Without any hesitation, I picked one up. I didn't bring one on this trip, so it would be great to have one heading home. I can fill it up with water at the airport once I get past security. This store carries some cute, quirky items, too. I saw squishy sushi, for instance. I had never seen them before. They were cute pieces of sushi that can relieve stress. I love cute and functional all rolled into a product. I headed over to the checkout to pay for my item. The friendly woman and I connected on a watermelon level. She loved my purchase. She pointed to her water bottle that had larger watermelon slices on it and had a black background. So cool! I asked where she got hers. She bought it at Walmart. I may need to visit one and see if there are any left. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was good. She asked if I needed a plastic bag. I was good putting it into my huge shopping bag. She put it in for me, which was such a nice gesture. I thanked her and happily left with my new purchase. Even though I was nearly at the end of walking the entire mall and was lugging so much stuff, I was happy that I stopped by this store. I got such a good deal on my watermelon tumbler. I look forward to returning when I'm back at this mall. (220)

francesca's at Opry Mills in Nashville is a great place to go for quality clothing for all occasions. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

The employees here are always so friendly and lovely!! I needed to pick out a dress for my engagement shoot and they spent time pulling outfits for me based off of what I was looking for. I would and do often come here based off of the employees alone. The items in the store are cute too!

I purchased an entire outfit with shoes, thanks to Amy. She helped me step out of my comfort zone and I can’t wait to go out in it. I felt so good about myself and Any helped with that. She was so sweet, very fun. Thank you so much Amy! -Bella

Dr. Amy Sharpe is the best doctor ever and a very professional surgeon. I came in here for a vision test, both the Nurse Practitioner and the Child Life Specialist re very nice to me in person at the store, and later that day I spoke with Dr. Amy over a phone call, and she was very nice to me over a video call. She was 100% sure that it was Dress Disease affecting my stress levels, and so were her 2 nurses. I have now had multiple phone calls with this surgeon & other surgeons in the company ( Dr. Thomais, Dr. Kim) and they did a great job as well. (of course not as good as Dr Amy but still ok) and the nurses & staff members were WONDERFUL I would reccommend the clinic to anyone & everyone

I purchased two dresses, some jewelry, and shoes at your boutique in the Opry Mills Mall in Nashville, TN yesterday. Amy was working at the front and greeted me with a welcoming smile and asked my name. She made me feel like the only customer in the building and asked if there was anything she could help me find. She was clearly training someone new (I heard her giving tips while I was in the dressing room) and it was fairly busy, but she never missed a beat. I expressed t hat I needed some assistance with finding a dress-to-impress (I'm attending a friend's wedding where my ex husband, his new wife and new born baby will be attending as well) and she took the time to find the style and size that fit my body and taste the best. She was so patient with me and so helpful and bubbly. I have never received service like this and I was so grateful for Amy! I know most feedback is negative, but I love to share the good stuff when I have the opportunity so I just wanted to pass it along. THANK YOU AMY!!!!

Bought two dresses for Easter and had trouble with one getting caught on the fabric when we tried to zip it up, but the ladies working there helped me out! Thanks ladies!
