They should be called "Drive Away", because their recent practices are driving customers away. I've been parking here for years with no issue - always dependable, convenient and priced consistently lower than other off-site BNA parking, until recently. From what I was told, they are under new ownership, so there goes my go-to for parking. The website states "Parking for as low as $14.95/day", but then customers are not allowed to pick that option and are forced to take the higher rate valet parking. I'm not paying $111.00 for 4 days of parking. Oh well, like everything else, things change...and so will my choice of where I park my car.

Rude at check in. They have me the wrong pick up ticket. Waited 25 minutes on a shuttle. All the other airport shuttles buses came by twice before these guys arrived.

What a waste of money and time…
We arrived at 5:10am to drop off our car, after setting up a reservation and there was a line of about 5-6 cars waiting to get in and parked. We waited about 10 mins in our car before someone came over and gave us our ticket and took our car. Then we had to wait in a huge line of people for the shuttles. If they knew they had that many people coming (because why else require a reservation..?), they should have had the staff for it. A shuttle finally showed up around 5:45 and we all crammed in (standing room only because people were trying to make their flights…no one obviously accounted for being at a park and ride for 45 mins..).
Fast forward to coming back from our trip. We arrive at midnight and I text the number on the slip with our reservation number so they can send a driver and get our car ready. Text back says “reservation not found”. Ok, weird. So I call. I called 14 times in the span of 25 mins and NO ONE answered. Concerning. We get to the pick up area and there’s about 10 people waiting. Every single one of them said they hadn’t been able to get ahold of anyone. 10 mins later, a guy rolls up. Takes him 20 mins just to get everyone on and leave the airport (he kept talking to people). We get to the parking lot where we all proceed to stand around and wait for 15 mins for our cars. Come to find out, they lost our keys. They ended up finding them (where were they? Who knows….) and didn’t leave the parking lot until 1:45am.
There is no corporate number to call. I sent and email and got no response.
NEVER again will I use this place and I highly recommend no one else does. Save yourself the money, time and headache. They don’t know what they’re doing there

This is the last time I use Fly Away. Our arrival was hectic. There were no buses to be seen as travelers were backed up waiting for the airport. As I am typing this now awaiting pickup from the air port, there is a huge line of people with only 2 buses so far while the competition “The Parking Spot” has had a steady flow of buses the whole time.

They almost made us miss our plane. The gates were locked when we showed up. Absolutely not 24 hour service. 2 workers showed up. Cars were lining the road. Pick up was awful. People were screaming and a fist fight broke out. Absolutely stay away from this place.

Do not use their services. They are inconsiderate of prepaid customers. We arrived along with about 8 more cars to find the lot closed and were told they over booked. No call or anything and still a week later still no refund. They refuse to answer the phone. While airport parking was expensive I will pay it anytime before trying a company that can careless if prepaid folks actually have a spot or receive a refund! We reserved and paid weeks in advance! Ridiculous!!!!!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. First off, we were met at our car by an employee that just immediately told me they were not taking third party reservations before even asking who I made my reservation through. He also continued to rush us to get out of our car when a shuttle wasn’t even in site. We then waited at least 20 minutes for a shuttle at midnight after calling 8 times with no answer. A family waiting with us, waited for over 40 min and called at least 15 times with no answer. We were ready to take an uber to the place not even sure if anyone would be there to get our car. I will never use this parking service again.

I have had many good experiences with this facility, but hadn’t flown in a few years until last week. We made reservations well in advance, but when we arrived at 5:30 am a double line of cars were backed up almost to Murfreesboro Road. We were told some employees had failed to show up for work. The couple of employees who were there really hustled and we made it to our gate just in time to board. That was a bad experience, but things happen. But when we arrived back at BNA a week later we had another bad experience. We waited 40 minutes for a shuttle. Only two were running. While waiting I counted five shuttles arrive for one their competitors. When we got back to the facility the driver did not unload the luggage. My keys were not in my vehicle. I asked and was told I had to go in the office. In there I was told I had to prove I had paid. That would probably usually have been done on departure, but no employees were there to process it. I told the office lady it seemed like they were disorganized. She didn’t respond and didn’t apologize for the poor service. Very disappointing.
