Just received my flower/plant arrangement today. I was so surprised by the lovely gesture from a friend. Sadly, the plant arrived with several dead (and dying) plants, moss was hanging out the side, and it smelled terribly of cigarettes. In addition, the delivery person just left this on my porch in the blazing sun and walked away. I was so thankful I was home to immediately retrieve it. Due to the planter's unhealthy state with several dead or dying plants as well as the very strong and obnoxious smell of cigarettes, I will not be keeping it. Order your flowers anywhere else except here. You (and your recipient) will be much happier if you order elsewhere.

I live in Maine and ordered Mother's Day flowers online via FTD for my mom in Nashville. She cannot stop saying how beautiful they are! My sister sent me a photo, and I agree. Thank you for bringing a little joy to my 87 year-old mom who doesn't have much joy in her life these days ?

They did the wedding flowers for my daughters wedding. They were the only one out of 4 florists that had the specific flower I wanted. The bouquets of peony's were beautiful. Lots of buds, and flowers with greenery too. They did a great job.

I sat on their website, filled out all of their info, picked flowers for my wife and placed the order. I get a phone call ten min later saying that you have to pick from our Valentines area on our website. Please tell me why your website allowed you to do all the steps and finish???? She was extremely rude saying well if you want it go fix all this and I said well I guess you don’t want my money then I’ll go else where. This is why this place will not be around in a year!!!

You updated your business hours 1 week ago & established that you are open on Saturdays until noon. However, when I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone, I was told that you are closed on Saturdays. At least the person on the phone was nice. Please post your accurate business hours for your potential customers. Me placing a $90 order to pickup late in the afternoon (I didn't even need delivery) would have been easy money for y'all.UPDATE AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: At the end of the phone call, I asked to clarify “Oh, you are closed today?” The employee said “Yes, we are closed.” Not much room for confusion there.
