Ordered flowers the day before my Mother's birthday. Flowers were delivered promptly the day of her birthday on the weekend and were beautiful. The delivery person was very nice to my mother, and even waited for her to come to the door which took a little while. He called me personally after delivery to let me know they were delivered per my request. Very happy with their service!

Ordered flowers for delivery a day before my mom’s birthday to be delivered to her the next day (on her bday). She never got the flowers. I called the following day when they opened to see what happened and they said the delivery driver hadn’t arrived to work yet, so they would call me back when they find out what happened.I didn’t receive a call back by 3:40pm so I called them again and they said they lost the delivery ticket and asked what they could do for me. I asked for a refund or partial refund since I paid a lot of money for them to deliver it on her birthday and I also asked them to deliver the flowers since I told her I ordered them for her and even though it would be late, I still wanted her to have them. They said they could only do one or the other per “company policy.” So I just asked them to go ahead and deliver them since I still wanted her to have the flowers, so essentially nothing changed except they delivered it two days late.I literally paid a lot of money for flowers to be delivered on my mom’s birthday and they just didn’t deliver them… and then their solution was to just go ahead and deliver them two days late, no refund or anything. I won’t be using this company again- have zero faith that they will follow through with delivery or try to rectify the situation when they inevitably don’t.Oh also when they did deliver it two days later- They weren’t the colors I ordered.

Not sure why all the poor reviews. I've ordered through door dash and called this florist direct and they have made very beautiful arrangements for me on several occasions!

Called and asked about the cost of blowing up one balloon I already owned. It’s a number 6 for a birthday party. When I asked the said $30?!??! Publix is $5. As a business owner this is ripping people off. Beware.

Today is Valentine’s Day. I called the belle Meade store to order my wife some roses for Valentine’s Day. Spoke with a lady that was real nice. I figured they would be busy considering the day so I asked if they could deliver my wife some flowers. The lady asked the zip code. She put me on hold and said she would have to contact the river gate store. She came back to the phone and said it wouldn’t be a problem so I ordered the roses for my wife. I gave her my card info and placed the order. All this took place at 10 am. Around 2 pm I noticed that the money hadn’t came off my card yet so I called and asked about the flowers. They told me they had no record of the order and at that point it was to late to place an order for delivery.

Im gonna start off by saying this bouquet was terribly put together and they should be embarrassed of themselves. The first photo is of what the arrangement is supposed to look like and, you guessed it, the other two photos is what I received. Where are the tulips? This place is a joke. The roses are old and already starting to die. Placed the order for Valentine’s Day. And a few days later it was dead. It is so embarrassing to gift someone special this arrangement. I could’ve made a better arrangement buying flowers from a grocery store. And it would’ve cost me less than half the price this cost. Will never again purchase from them. I love supporting local business but the lack of professionalism and care put into this arrangement, has left a terrible impression. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and do not buy from them!

Honestly the BEST flower delivery I have ever had! What was advertised was what was delivered! My new go to florist. Thank you guys so much for helping make my sister's day! She's a new mom who just went back to work and she LOVED her bouquet!

Macy did a great job with the altar flowers, bouquets, boutonnieres, and flowers for the wood arbor at my home. She was punctual, professional, and very creative. Everything was beautiful.

The bouquet delivered to my sister was humiliating and embarrassing. There was no floral artistry whatsoever.... just clumps of flowers, not even a bow around the neck of the vase even though that is how it was displayed in the photo. I am very, very disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of. I do not recommend this florist.
