I love the ease of getting in and out of the airport using flight park. I’ve always had quick delivery and pickup. This last time it was super easy because they sent me a text at drop off and when I returned all I had to do is click on the text link and request pickup. I would highly recommend this place.

We showed up at 5:30 am October 5th.
Already prepaid w receipt They told us oh we have no spots left
I said we have a reservation. They said I’ve told 50 people this morning no spots left. No I’m sorry just no parking here
We just made our flight after paying for valet parking at airport
Don’t trust this place to have a spot for you. TERRIBLE SERVICE
NEVER AGAIN FOR US. THE MANGER SHOUD BR FIREF

Update to Below: Turns out I had a cracked wheel and that why the tire pressure kept seeming like it was low in the tire. Therefore I concede that my initial post/review was likely in error. I apologize for that.
Negligence or malice - I'm not sure.
On July 31st I dropped my car off at Flight Park and it had no issues. 2 days later I return from my trip and one of my tires is reading with low tire pressure. They try to tell me its because of a temperature drop (in the summer , hmmm) and one of their employees uses their personal air pump to give me some air. I then take it to Tire Discounters and they see where its been punctured and I have to buy a new tire - $300.
Fool me twice shame on me - I go back two weeks later and drop my car off again on August 13th. I return that Friday, August 16th, jump in my car because I'm in a hurry and start driving. Soon as I'm out of the lot, my low tire pressure light comes on again for another tire. I go back and inform the manager and she herself says that its quite the coincidence that this would happen two times in a row, within two weeks of one another. She informs me that there is nothing she can do, but will notify the general manager and that I should expect a call on that Monday, August 19th.
I received no phone then, and I have not ever received a phone call from them regarding this matter. I don't deem them as a trustworthy company and certainly don't appear to care about their customers. They are directly responsible for me having to spend $600 on two new tires in the span of two weeks.

I only use Flight Park when I fly out of BNA. I love the location and the convenience they provide. I've only had top notch service.

I was told by the manager with short gray hair that she no longer will take a Delta Airlines discount. Stay away from these guys, there’s no loyalty

For starters, staff was beyond rude and useless. They charge so much yet can’t even be respectful to guest and act some what decent to paying customers. They overcharge by adding fees at checkout. One of which being a shuttle that didn’t even pick me and my little one up, I waited 25 minutes and another company ended up taking me to this place. They add on services you 100% did not request, then tell you it can’t be taken off. You have to argue with them into the discount you earn with AAA. After a long day of flying they definitely milk that stress by taking advantage of you. Would not recommend and will not be back.

Got back from a trip and my car wouldn't shift into drive, only reverse. Guys and gal did their best to help and even comped our bill despite the fact that our car not working was not remotely their fault in any way. Then they drove us to a hotel. Good people.

Parked my truck there for a four day trip to Chicago to return to find driver’s side window shattered. They had no explanation other than maybe heat. It was not that hot. Also only one window broke and it wasn’t just a crack, but completely shattered as if it was hot with something sharp. They offered no resolution. Manager is never available. They claimed to have watch surveillance video, but they have not offered it for me to see. Do not park your car here.

Id leave no stars if possible.. Had the Detailing service done while away on a Business trip. Dropped off Monday and Picked up Friday evening - Leaving Friday i noticed the crack on the passenger side. Called and spoke ot the Manager on Duty. I was told that Heat casued my Windshield to crack on its own. They are denying causing any fluxuation of temperaute within the cabin of the truck after the detail had occurred. Without proper ventalation and a truck left in the sun will cause the crack to occur. Very uneduated on services and lack the customer service of willing to address the issue.

Having a interior detail creates moisture and if done in the sun with windows not cracked properly this will lead to problems... ....................... DO NO USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!

I had a terrible experience at another off site airport parking spot and a friend recommended Flight Park. They have been fantastic for the past two years, never a single issue. Quick service to and from the airport.

Watch out for these guys. I came back from my trip today only to learn that they charged me more than if I had parked in the garage in the airport. Not to mention it took 15 minutes to have someone pick me up. Never again.
