Incompetent, unprofessional, disrespectful. Because they made a mistake I had to wait for 45 minutes for them to fix it and when I said that I was unhappy with that and I was getting angry, I was told who do you think you are you ain’t nothing we don’t care if you’re the customer you ain’t nothing and you don’t wait on us and you can call anybody want to cause we don’t care nothing about you or this job instead of helping the manager sat in his office until he decided to come and speak in a derogatory way to me as well. Never did they say we apologize for making this mistake we apologize for you having to wait it was you’re just needing to be patient while we do what we need to do. I am reporting them. And I will not go in to retrieve the things from my lockbox without the regional manager, or taking a metro police officer with me.

If there was a -5 stars is what I'd give them! Worst banking establishment to bank with. They steal your money, charge you numerous random fees and I was called the N word by one of their reps. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!!

I needed to have access tomy mother's saving acct. and have it transferred to her checking account since she is going into assisted living. I have power of attorney.I made 3 trips to the bank and got 3 different answers and still no solution. I was also told they did not have a fax machine?? Two stars is generous only that they were polite but didn't seem to know what they were doing. I guess my 4th trip will be today dragging my 102 year old mother up there in her walker to tell them what to do. I was also told they didn't have the information to tell me the beneficiary to her money market account I know I am because my mother told me. Just worn out. Frances Leftwich

This bank in general has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. After trying to get through to a person four different times and being on hold each time for 20+ minutes because the online banking wasn't working, I emailed with my issue. They sent me another number to call, and I spent 56 minutes on the phone and was transferred eight times trying to get them to stop an automatic payment from my checking account on a zero balance on my credit card. They kept deducting the payment, and no one could figure out how to stop the automatic payment. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AS YOUR BANK!!

Your mobile banking and IT capabilities are an embarrassment. I cannot even see how anyone would want to consider you all as a banking choice in this day and age...and I'm in my 50's.Please just sell to Wells, Chase or someone with resources to get you out of the 70's
