The banker is rude. I don’t remember her name but she had on big glasses. Dont come in there and not look like money she will have an attitude towards you. ( I had on lounge clothes ) The rest of the staff was wonderful even the security!

Yesterday I went to first horizon and was met with the sweetest teller (Ms. Summers). She was professional, kind, patient, and had such a good spirit! Highly recommend this branch!

I been using this location for two years now never had a problem with cashing a check until recently i guess they have new people i had to drive to another first horizon and they cashed it with no problem

The customer service we receive here, every single time, is full of attitude and generally terrible. My husband had legitimately been told, by an employee, “I don’t want to do this (job).” They’re rude over the phone and in person. They yell over to one another, for different sides of the bank, for things like lunch and gossip… while trying to receive a service at the desk. We will be closing this account and going elsewhere strictly because of this location.

What kind of bank doesn’t open until 10am? Very inconvenient hours for people who have day jobs.

All of the personnel are quite pleasant and professional, my concern is always with the equipment. I have had more unplesant experiences with waiting in line for over 15 minutes to make a deposit or trying to use the ATM which 9 out 10 times does not work. This is such an inconvenience that it makes me want to switch banks. If the bank is not open, it should make the ATM available for it's customers. Very poor business practices:(

Mr.PhillipHarris is very nice very professional he gives great advice on finical planning and very creditcard planning go see him if u want things right with your wallet he always greats customers with a smile and is caring and listen and helps by all means if your new to Nashville see MR.PHILLIP HARRIS at the metro center area Also a woman I had the pleasure of speaking with MS.TATYANA COLLINS is very helpful and sweet you want finical advice ask her you want advice on your everyday spending ask her shes very caring and very professional they both are very neat and clean the office is nice aswell but could use a lil face lift of decor but hey that neither here or there they also ask do you want coffee or water its clean ,safe but over all these 2 are great go in speak to Them! You want be sorry you be glad you did !!!!!!!!!
