I have recently had a lot of interaction with Bank managers McKenzie Marceau, and associates Brynden Foster and Austen Finch. I cannot begin to express the level of professionalism and great efforts that these two gentleman have put forth in terms of assisting me with local and international business endeavors. These gentleman are timely, precise, dedicated, and they care. They have restored my faith in customer service during a time where everything usually takes exponentially longer to accomplish with our cities growth and change. It is seamless making appointments, and I trust them with important local and international transactions; and as well with sorting out miscommunications with online endeavors or loan acquisition.

The customer service we receive here, every single time, is full of attitude and generally terrible. My husband had legitimately been told, by an employee, “I don’t want to do this (job).” They’re rude over the phone and in person. They yell over to one another, for different sides of the bank, for things like lunch and gossip… while trying to receive a service at the desk. We will be closing this account and going elsewhere strictly because of this location.

The relationship team at this branch will bend over backwards to solve your banking problems. Worth Peppers and team, specifically, have quickly become my go-to. When the First Horizon app, customer service line, or website fail me, I go to this branch.

Recently married and went to this First Horizons branch to get our finances in order. It was a lengthy and somewhat involved process, but the customer service of the banker who met us there - Worth Peppers - made the stop not only less painful, but actually enjoyable. He was courteous, professional, pleasant and efficient. He took excellent care of us and answered all of our many questions with expertise. We will definitely be using this branch again - and Worth if he's available.

Very satisfied with their customer service! Worth is a top notch service banker. He has helped me time and time again when I have any questions. I never feel like I burden him or take up his time. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell when someone actually cares about their clients. I am a First Horizon customer and will continue to be so because they are loyal to their customers. I called today to inquire about the Paycheck Protection Act from the SBA. I spoke with Debbie and she was most helpful. As sole proprietors, she carefully explained what we would be eligible to apply for under that program. She was very knowledgeable about the requirements and the processes, including the forgiveness and repayment terms.

First Horizon Web Site Would not allow me to make an appointment 04-01-20 whereas I could withdraw money from my savings account. Upon speaking to a CSR I asked if I could walk up to the drive thru to make the transaction as I do not have a vehicle and would be riding a Nashville WeGo bus, but was told that they do not allow this. This certaintly show a lack of concern and appreciation toward their customers, and to assume that alltheir customers have vehicles is completely LUDICROUS to say the least and completely STUPID at most.As a long time customer of this bank I have always been pleasesd with the helpfulness of the employees, but those at the top who made this unreasonable decision that a customer who do not have a vehicle cannot do a walk up transaction shows their lack of concern and appreciation. However, what they need to realize isAs I do not throw rocks and hide my hands that First Horizon is not the only banking institution in Nashville, and I certainly will decease in being one of their customer, and hope that others who bank with them, but do not have a vehicle will follow suit. As I do not throw rocks and hide my hand, my name is Louis Holiday, a soon too be former customer of First Horizon.
