I cannot recommend Taylor and the team at First Choice Auto Care And Muffler highly enough! I brought in my 1989 Ford F-250 for some work, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding.
First off, their responsiveness is unmatched. Whenever I called, Taylor and his team were quick to answer, and if they missed my call, they promptly returned it. This level of attentiveness really sets them apart.
One of the biggest concerns when dealing with auto shops is the fear of being taken advantage of, but I never once felt that way here. Taylor and his team were incredibly transparent about the work they were doing, the costs involved, and even provided a detailed breakdown of everything. It's rare to find such honesty and integrity in the automotive industry.
Having visited several garages over the years, I can confidently say that First Choice Auto Care And Muffler is the only one I'll be giving my business to from now on. Their friendly demeanor and top-notch service make them a cut above the rest.

An amazing and honest team.I've shipped my Toyota LandCruiser from the UK to the USA and am driving around. Whilst driving around corners and bends I heard a knocking. I took it to Taylor and Jack at First Choice and they were quick and professional. If I ever have a problem and I'm in the area I'd return to them in a heard best.

Very honest and friendly. Taylor and his mom were very helpful and kind. Wasn’t sure what was wrong with my car and Taylor figured it out and explained everything to me without making me feel stupid. As a woman, it’s difficult to find a mechanic who isn’t trying to scam you by scaring you into getting work done on your car that is not needed, First Choice is the perfect shop for people who have limited car knowledge, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new shop!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They did a good job on my wife's vehicle with brakes and I've also been there to get my car worked on and I had a starter put on they gave me an outstanding quote and they were done in 6 hours with a brand new starter

This place is the best, even if they couldn’t fix the problem with my Jeep, I give them 5 stars for effort. Unlike Music City 4x4 who charge a minimum of $200.00 just for you to pull in their lot, they did a repair, it didn’t fix the problem, put the old part back and were honest in saying we can’t fix it. No charge.I’m sure they can fix most anything and will put 100% into getting it right.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Great staff, great quality of work. I needed a radiator, top hose, thermostat and and oil change and all the liquids that apply. Job was done in a timely manner, and so far so good. We have used this shop on other work, when they were located at the old location. They are just as good now as they were then.Services: General repairs & maintenance
