I call firestone last week asking for estimate the guy on the phone told me will be 10 dollars, I called today because want to see make sure the price was right well today the guy on the phone wisper when he told me the price between 100 or 150 I ask him I want to talk to the manager he pause for 15 second and say was not available I got the feeling that people are not been honest about price and how they operate.

I finally decided to give up on this place. My car was damaged in an accident and like usual, Firestone was my first choice. I've had great experience with Firestone in different cities so I was assuming this one would be as good.Monday morning: My car was towed and the staff told me they should be able to start looking into it by the end of the day. Good, much appreciated!Monday 5:30 PM: They said your car is the next one in queue. Awesome!Tuesday morning: They said they haven't looked at it yet. FineWednesday morning: They said they can't start checking the care until the snow is cleared. Mechanics can not work outdoor given the icy and extremely cold weather. Ok, understandable.Wednesday: The weather is getting better, but they still refuse to work on my car. The manager told me they would get a towing truck the pull my car inside so they could work on it. OK, good.Thursday: They totally denied what they said yesterday. No estimated start date. Now I'm very unhappy. Given that this is probably the biggest snow storm Nashville have seen in the past 20 years. I wouldn't blame the too much. I just need my car done asap.Friday morning: I lost my patience and called towing company to tow my car from Firestone to EuroFix-Nashville. Staff from EuroFix was so helpful and efficient that they checked in with me through phone, set up an appointment and gave me very helpful suggestions and even a similar example and explained how long it will take and how much it will cost roughly. Their professionalism and efficiency made my day.Friday 3:00 PM, 30 minutes the car was dropped off at EuroFix, they already started working on my car.For those of you who have the patience read through this review, I wanna let you know that sometimes excellence is shown from a very straight-forward comparison.As I was reading through other reviews of Firestone Charlotte Pike, I found that I was not alone. This car shop had developed a reputation for significant delay and irresponsible, rude and unprofessional staff.Therefore, don't think about getting your car fixed in this place.

Been going to Firestone for years. This is the worst location I received service at. Not only did I have to return twice because my car was leaking oil after a routine oil change. A different mechanic determined they used the wrong oil filter after my car started leaking oil again. Never returning and wouldn’t recommend.

Rude customer service and a forever wait just for an oil change because they do other things that you didn't even request. If someone comes in on limited time for an oil change that's all they expect.

Highly recommend. They provide great, efficient, friendly service. I had an issue with my car they were able to quickly figure out and solve, and they even did it for free. Their complete vehicle inspection only costs $10 whereas my dealership was going to charge me $200.

This place a complete joke! Husband dropped my car off Friday to have tires mounted and have an alignment done and they said they would be busy but would be able to get it done by Monday. Here it is Monday and we get a call saying they couldn’t get it started. No big deal we came and got it started in 2 minutes after taking longer for them to get my key back. A light got left on after they moved it. Drove by 2 hours later and it’s still in the bay with the tires off. 5 hours later we get a call that they no longer wanna work on it because it has rust and a worker got rust in his eye and everyone else is scared to work on it. This place has been ridiculous and they managed to put 1 tire on in 5 hours. ? Will never go back

This place is amazing one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an auto shop. They were very kind, timely, actually cared about helping you and creating a good experience. I will be back time and time again. Highly recommend ?

Having issues with my car and got it towed here via triple A a few weeks ago on a Monday. I figured since it was 11:30am it would be okay to get it fixed by the next day. Guy in store told me they would fix it that Monday evening or the next Tuesday morning. They didn't call me that night or the next morning. So I called noon that Tuesday asking about my car, day after I got it towed there. Guy on the phone said they haven't even looked at it yet, call back around 3pm. So I waited til 4pm and called back. Guy on the phone said they haven't even looked at it yet and the mechanic who can fix it goes on vacation in 2 days so they don't know when they will be able to get to my car. I went back there the third day, Wednesday, got my key back from them. I had to called triple A again, get another tow truck and had my car towed up the road to Kwik Kar. I got definite answers about my car from Kwik Kar and they fixed it and didn't string me along indefinitely.I will not be returning to this particular Firestone place.

Oil change and lifetime wheel alignment at a reasonable price. I had some issues with using the online scheduling but they were helpful over the phone

My daughter and I stopped in this morning after her brake warning light came on just as we were getting on freeway heading to Detroit. Johnathan helped us out right away and got us back on the road. Thanks!!

We have been using this location for over 40 years. Will not be returning. We scheduled an appointment yesterday for 9:00 07/12/23. Left our car for oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be ready by 2 or 3 pm that day. We called at 2:30 pm and was told that they were pulling our car in the service bay then and it was going to be ready in an hour or so. We went to pick up our car almost 2 hours later and our car had never been touched, much less moved to service bay. We asked for our keys and left without getting service. They gave us no apology just excuses. We won't be returning simply because staff continued to lie to us. Makes you wonder if you do receive service, does the staff actually perform the service or lie about doing the work too? Management needs to take a look at the performance of this location. I had to get a rim and all 4 tires replaced. I was told 3 days in a row that it would be completed the next morning. I had to call every afternoon to get an update. The staff was either lying or didn’t care. If they were just honest about timelines I would have rented a car, but instead gave bogus excuses thinking it was better to say “it’ll be done in the morning”, so it didn’t sound too bad. Ended up taking my car on the 4th day because when I went to the store at 4pm to check on it in the afternoon, the car was still in the parking lot not being worked on. Will be the last time I ever get any work done at this location.
