A survey popped up on the credit card pinpad and the clerk quickly selected a perfect score on my behalf without saying a word. I made my purchase via tap so maybe she didn’t realize I was done because she was side tracked talking to others, she left me waiting for my receipt for a prolonged period of time. She definitely didn’t deserve the perfect score she gave herself as she didn’t interact with me at all. The store is big with good selection, good prices and lady at the door was friendly at least.

Great place went and found my shoes forgot my debit card so the manager put all of my shoes up, which was six pair come back the next day held them for me and pay for them and got everyone with a discount

Terrible customer service. All I needed was a shoe. Asked the original associate and never came out with the shoe. Then I went to the cash register and asked another associate who pointed at another associate who then pointed at another associate. And no one ever came up to me to help. There wasn’t a long line and between 4- 5 associates I never got my shoe. Horrible experience.

Trash customer service. No greeting. The manager was more concerned about creating the schedule verses helping paying customers, she acted like we were an inconvenience asking to try on shoes. My q0 year noticed how rude the staff was. The cashier did not advise me of my total after ring us up. Just asked for my card. Please re-train the manager and staff on customer service. Greeting people. The prices are too high to be treated poorly. Really unfortunate. I will not be spending my hard earned dollars here again.

Horrible service. employees were so pressed about trying on shoes and when we got the shoes they through the shoe across the counter. never shopping here. went across to journeys to shop instead

Very bad customer service, on two occasions I have gone through some shoes and they have not attended to me, the dark-skinned people I think because I am Latin have kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes and they did not bring me anything

Came in on Labor Day afternoon, one girl(I think the manager at the time) was complaining because there was not enough staff. They had one guy bringing shoes to people who wanted to try them on, and another guy at the register who seemed to be the only ones really doing anything. A lot of people were wanting to try on shoes so they were just waiting for help, but since they only had one guy getting shoes it took a longer time. The guy getting the shoes looked stressed because he was doing it all himself. The girl started yelling for people to leave if they did not have their shoe because they did not have enough staff to help everyone. She then locked the doors to the store and would not let other people into the store. A customer had to unlock the door himself to let people out who were already in the store. I’m not sure what the other employees were doing, but the manager was just complaining about there not being staff instead of trying to help. She was very rude and unfriendly. It was such a horrible experience. The two guys working at the time were great. They were very friendly. The guy at the register was trying to help people who the manager was telling to leave the store. They need more people to help with the shoes as that is why most the people were in the store.

To an employee named teddy,
Young girl, just because a customer gets confused about the item he’s buying does not give you the right to be rude to him
I know your store probably gets a lot of business
But we always have a choice to go somewhere else.
I’ll be using that right from now on
and I’ll share my experience we everyone I know
and may be You don’t care about this review
But remember
Someone in upper management might read this
Finish line. My money will be going somewhere else.
You won’t be seeing me or my dollars no more.

Hire better workers. Majority of your staff is lazy, has nasty attitudes, and it's not appreciated when I'm spending a couple hundred during each visit

I went in today to get me a pair of Jordans and I got excellent customer service from a young lady named Josephine. She said hello asked me what I needed and went and got my shoes from the back she even laced them up for me!!
