We did some research on some local FB groups and we got great feedback about Pinnacle. And we are SO glad we made the switch. While BoA has tons of ATMs, you can also get similar ATM access with Pinnacle...and no fees. The customer service here has also been stellar. The team responds super quick and always with amazing attitudes. Maybe this bank isn't as "shinny" as the big international banks, but we feel right at home here due to the great personal attention and flexibility we've experienced.
