Worst experience ever at the Murfreesboro Pike, TN location! There were only two employees. The lady at the front desk greeted me (thank you) and continued to help a client. The guy in the office should have acknowledged my presence, spoken, or offered to help in any way. He DID NOT. I continued waiting and decided to wave at the guy to get his attention and ask a question about my business account. He gave me the "one-second" finger gesture and pretended to be busy on the computer. After a long wait, I got no help, so I left. I opened my business account in Murfreesboro (which is good, btw), but the treatment here left me wanting to take my business elsewhere. And I might consider that. It would help if you did better. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way. DO BETTER.

They have the worst customer service, very Rude, some of them are scammers I don’t know how many times I have changed my cards because they selling my info to other people I’ve had about 20 different cards. The customer service is horrible that why you see different faces each and every time you go to that bank. Now what they starting to do is rob you of you money make SURE YOU COUNT YOUR MONEY AFTER THEY HAVE GIVEN IT TO you I TOOK OUT $100 they only gave me $99 thank god I was still parked outside there when I checked my MONEY they tried to say I’m lying so I told them to call the police or run the cameras because they not about to rob me AGAIN. Don’t EVEN BOTHER TO GET A HOME LOAN FROM THEM THEY WILL RUINE EVERYTHING FOR YOU THEY ACT LIKE THEYRE FOR YOU BUT REALLY THEY NOT. ONE OF THEIR WORKER EVEN WARNED ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR THE LOAN BECAUSE THEIR COWORKER WAS RUDE. DONT TRUST NOBODY THAT WORKS THERE THEY ALL HORRIBLE AND YOULL REGRET IT IM READY TO SWITCH BANKS BECAUSE THIS SPECIFIC BANK ON MURFREESBORO IS A CROOC. Again CHECK IF THEY GIVE YOU THE RIGHT AMOUNT BECAUSE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. I want to do an AUDIT with them because something ain’t right …… good luck with trying to resolve anything in this location they’re CROOCs BECAREFUL!!! I knew they weren’t serious after one girl tried to rob me so this time I decided I’ll just go inside the bank and the girl who served me last time wasn’t in the front but then saw me she was on lunch THIS GIRL CAME FROM A OFFICE WITH FOOD TO THE TELLERS SECTION THAT WHEN I KNEW THAT THERES NO RESPECT NOR TRUST IT HORRIBLE…. There’s also one guy who pretends to be always working he will sit right there in his office and not help out at all. And you also have this other girl that makes faces and loud noises with an attitude when she talks to you like what is going on??? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Go bank with someone else. Literally takes so long to deposit especially on the weekends they only have ONE person doing drive thru and inside work.

I got to deposit some money from my business and there were only two people and there is no manager and I have a money counting machine in my business and it just so happens that I was missing $400 I went into the bank and asked to speak with the manager and see the cameras and they didn't want to show them to me, it's a bad bank, I'll never go to that bank again??

Do not bank here they don't want to help you. Had my card frauded 3 times in a short period of time. 2 from the same fraudster! They just gave me excuses instead of helping. Kept having to cancel my card over and over.

Many filing errors, account closure and activation problems, incorrect loan documentation that was easily refuted, lack of organization, no acceptance of employee mistakes even with evidence present, turned small debt over to collections without contacting the customer, unwilling to discuss mistakes made in their accounting when talking with TransUnion over resulting credit score infractions, intent on charging fees wherever possible in situations that are clearly avoidable - branch manager will recommend you call corporate with complaints, and then corporate will recommend you visit your local branch manager with complaints = a vicious loop of not helping their customer. Do not get loans, open accounts, or apply for credit cards here. I have used Citi Bank with none of these issues at all, and I’ve had accounts there for almost as many years. Never bank with 5/3

This place is a joke. The guy name shady he is lier and and he is really a shady. And his Manager is another shady. I don’t know how 53 Bank can hire those kinda People. They lie and they stole my money. I will closed my account soon bcz of their rudeness and lie.

The staff at the Fifth Third Bank on Nolensville Pike were very nice. They got me set up with an account and a debit card very quickly and they were very conscientious, polite and friendly!

I just want to appreciate Kim ( Manager)in Nashboro branch not only is she helpful but goes beyond her way she's help me with my account and advised me on how to better my credit until this day. Love her top notch customer service and personality keep up the great work kim!!! If there is a number I can call to let her boss know of her outstanding job that would be great!
