I checked three different rooms and they all completely stunk of cigarette smoke. I ended up just booking somewhere else because I couldn’t even stay there. The young man at the reception was trying to be as helpful as he could and I felt bad for him having to deal with it when it wasn’t his fault. Should of listened to all the bad reviews I seen though

This morning they would not give me my Worker his deposit back Told him to come back later when she can verify verify what? We're leaving the entire county.
And they didn't give this man his deposit back.
They expect him to come, retrieve it later.
I don't think so. So I'm here to give a bad review. Because I think that's shady. And if the tenant hadn't already probably used that money then it would still be in the didn't Think that this was professional and I think if you require an deposit you should have that deposit money ready to go when they leave not at your convenience, the young lady.
Acted like she didn't have no money.

We stayed here once before and it was great. This time, not so great. Beds were smaller ( not true queen size). TV jack and outlet cover was just hanging out of a hole in the wall. No smoke detector!! Flickering lights. One light switch just popped off when touched. 4 of us stayed and only 1 wash cloth provided. Waited at lobby desk for 5-10 minutes, no one there. Asked a cleaning lady for help and had to literally play charades to get 3 wash cloths and an extra blanket because she spoke no English lol. At 6pm the elevator floor was so sticky that my flip flops came off my foot trying to exit. And to top it all off, the next morning we realized that at least 6 vehicles in the parking lot had windows smashed in and things stolen !!!!! Luckily ours was not hit. Will not be staying there again that's for sure.

MOVE ON! THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! Not worth the stay if They paid you!
Here are a few things....
- the mattress was still wrapped in the original purchase wrapping making the bed very uncomfortable and very noisy when one of us moved - TERRIBLE SLEEP!
- The first room we were given, smelled extremely bad of smoke....told "Diego", he gave us another room, smelled as bad or worse....this room had the smoke detector all wrapped up in plastic and the vent in the bathroom was falling a foot out of the wall just dangling and showing a really large hole YUCK and how dangerous. We settled on the third room.
- In the morning, after our travel day, someone is continuously knocking at our door at 8:30am....was housekeeping....arrrrrg!
- This hotel provided NO toiletries :(
- There were stains on everything! The bed skirt, the sheets, the towels YUCK!
- This room stunk too, we settled :(
- The TV remote was held together with cardboard and painters tape - not even sure it worked!
- Breakfast was advertised. There is a sign on the fridge door, saying yogurt, cream cheese and butter were inside....nothing!
-The Bagels that were provided were hard as rocks! YUCK!
- The bathroom: tub - loose faucet/temp control, Mold everywhere, extremely loose toilet seat, thought we were going to get hurt using it! Holes behind floor boards, fan not covering hole in wall for it, not even sure it worked! Texture ceiling falling off in large patches and moldy.
We tried about 20 times to be in touch with the owner, but he would NEVER be willing to come talk when we were around....so frustrating! (especially when we were only in Nashville for 2 days to vacation.....wasted sooooo much time trying to deal with ALL these issues!

This is the heart and soul of Music Valley Dr. Clean rooms, great service. Shuttle service downtown for $10 roundtrip. Plus Scoreboard Bar and Grill and Music City Bar are worth the stay. Cooter's and The Palace. Back entrance to Opry Mills. I show up, check in, get a shuttle downtown, come back and have met some very famous people at the local bars! I'll NEVER stay anywhere else!
