They will close for holidays, even when they know that most medicine is needed in a time sensitive manner. Operating hours are not helpful for professionals that work outside regular hours. They do not offer same day shipping. Their customer service is non-existing. They will not call back either by phone or email. They have no sense of urgency, or sense of customer service. You would think that since they decided to take a four-day weekend, they would notify fertility clinics to mitigate possible issues but that is thinking to proactively.

I would like to start out by stating that I took out a loan for IVF medications.
They did not send me enough meds to start off with. Thankfully my clinic was able to help me out with the shortage. (this happens I understand)
Now that I am done with meds I have a little over $1500 sitting in my account that is left over from my loan. I have been attempting for 6 weeks now to get them to send this money back to my loan provider. The pharmacy will not allow me to speak with finance directly and keep telling me that they will have finance call me back. 6 weeks and I can not get my money that is sitting in an account at fertility pharmacy america back to my loan provider. I do not have any real issues with the pharmacy and I believe that the issue is with the financial department and not the pharmacy but am disappointed.

For the love of God, change your hold message. It's bad enough being on hold for 30+ minutes, but listening to the same 3 sentences playing repeatedly the entire time is mind numbing and painful.

Customer service is great but the pricing is over the top rediculous. I also don't like that their hours are posted but they are still CLOSED when it's posted they should be opened at 8am

DO NOT use this pharmacy use any of the other better pharmacies for your fertility. This has been the most stressful dealing with this company! Waiting on hold multiple times and it says they will be with you every step of the way.. personalized care! LIES!
My new doctor told me they sent over my prescription. I got a text that’s it not saying what pharmacy or who they were just to call the following number for my prescription. Called waited a long time the lady told me what was ordered said delivery tomorrow ( which was the day I needed to start my shots.) then took my credit card info and said I’d get shipping details emailed for me to track….. next day nothing came in so I called and waited a while. Got another lady who said she saw no orders for me or prescriptions. I was worry my whole cycle would be messed up. She talks to a supervisor they call back and ask who took my credit card and who did I place the order with. I didn’t remember her name. Then the lady who took my order calls me back and says somehow my order got lost after she placed it. So I would not get my medicines that day on time and that they don’t have that medicine anyways…. I had my nurse call them they changed the dosage to what was in stock and I was told by my nurse I should get it tomorrow by 4pm and I’m a day behind shots at this point. Now I wake up still no tracking… pretty sure the order wasn’t placed again. Now I’ll be 2 days short of my shots!! This whole process is stressful enough and then having the ball dropped on your medicine usually means you don’t get to do that cycle. This company is NOT reliable!!

My insurance only lets me have a certain number of days at a time from a provider that must mail my medicine. Fertility pharmacy of America is the back up pharmacy that my primary sends my medicine to when something goes wrong. Several times now my medicine did not arrive on time or my flow sheet was updated after a doctor’s visit and I had to rely on this pharmacy to save the day with their stock. Unfortunately, my experience as well as the experience of the pharmacists and representatives at my primary dispensing pharmacy is that this pharmacy does not adhere to their posted operating hours on their building or on their website.
My first experience was when my morning shot did not arrive as planned. I was already late and was trying to get my shot as close as possible to the two hour recommended window for a late fertility shot. I called them after my primary pharmacy informed me that they had sent it over. I then had to wait for nearly two hours being volleyed between calls to my primary and fertility pharmacy of America until finally they apologized and provided my order. My primary pharmacy told me they were talking with Mary and stayed on the line with me until they gave me my order. The entire time I was waiting I was watching employees pour out of the office for lunch or take breaks in their cars beside me. At one point during the wait while on the phone, they asked me for payment for a medicine that I never ordered. They were very confused and it was a nightmare resulting in my shot being over 4 hours late.
Today, I was in need of a shot for tomorrow morning that had still not arrived as scheduled by mid afternoon. Village pharmacy of America lists their closing time at 6pm and I have picked up medication at 5:30. So, I called my dispensing pharmacy at 410pm and suggested we try to get the medication before they close so that I did not miss another shot. The prescription was sent over at approximately 4:30 according to phone records. I requested the names of people they spoke with since I had multiple difficult experiences. They called at 4:48 with the name of the contact at fertility pharmacy of America I think it was Camille. They told me everything should be processed, and to call if they didn’t come to the door. I was doing my best to fight rush hour traffic to get to them by 5:30. I called village pharmacy of America and waited on hold until they answered the phone asking if it was me by using my first name. They then told me that they were closed they had not processed the order at all and could not tell me what time I could pick up tomorrow.
They said they stop filling orders two hours before they’re posted closing time and no one is in the office to process orders before they’re posted closing time and the latest you can pick up medication is 5pm. I know this to be inconsistent because I picked up at 5:30 from them about a week ago when my doctor changed my flow sheet and I was in need of medicine the following day. When I went to pick up that medicine, the person who answered the door told me to go wait in my car, she asked me my birthday and I asked her if she knew what car I would be waiting in. She did not. So I told her then she repeated back my birthday and had the month and year wrong. When she came out to the car later she finally confirmed my name, and told me to sign anywhere on the form. She said it didn’t matter then walked away without her pen. She never confirmed the medicine I was picking up. So, I opened the box and was grateful to see they got that right. This was after the time I was told today that they schedule pick ups. Even though I spoke with a rep from their office to set up that 5:30 pick up last week. So, I’m not sure what they do or do not do. I am not sure when they are at work or have decided to close. None of these cutoff times are posted on their website. So, just beware that you will need cushion time for them to get themselves together so that you can get your time sensitive medication so that you don’t detail your

They were really good at changing orders last minute before shipped out and also making sure I had back up medicine in case one shipment didn’t come through (they sent another one just in case due to Fed Ex delaying the shipment, which has never happened to me before).

Amazing experience with Fertility Pharmacy of America! IVF treatment can change on a day-to-day basis. Having assurance that you'll have the meds you need delivered to your door the next day takes so much stress out of the journey that is IVF medication.
