The phone call said it all. One guy acted like he couldn't hear me. Clearly he could. I called back and talked to a decent human being, instead a waste of life. Still not much help tho.

This is the worst supply house in middle Tennessee. The guys at the counter don’t know what you are talking about. They have about half of the things that the other Ferguson’s carry because some genius decided that it was a good idea to put a supply house in a strip mall.

Unless you are a licensed plumber and the personal friend of the clerk, you will be treated like trash. Totally unhelpful staff, couldn't care less about your questions or needs and you have to wait until their irrelevant chit chat with their friends is done before they will pay attention to you. Had to return the part they sold me after I explicitly told them the measurements I needed because they just picked whatever part and shrugged when I asked them if that was what I asked them for. Will try to avoid ever coming back here

Found the same item on Amazon for a quarter of the price. When asked if they price match, he was very quick to discount my questions and I was told if the packaging was open, they won’t return the product... Sneaky, sneaky... Y’all opened the product in the store then sold it to me. So you knew you would take it back if it didn’t work. Shame, shame, shame... That isn’t good or honest business. We will take our business elsewhere. You have to be competitive in today’s society. You lost a lot of money on that one. It isn’t about paying less money, but rather doing honest business.
