The person working at the front desk was incredibly unhelpful. I needed to purchase things quickly and she couldn’t even give me a general idea of how quickly things ship. Basically she didn’t want to help at all. When I asked if she knew of any other store, she said she only knew of fergusons. Not very helpful. Didn’t even get a chance to look at the items because she kept repeating herself over and over.

Cammy is great & helpful ! She is so knowledgable about faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, fans, and lightening. Whenever we see Cammy we always learn something. If Cammy does not know, she will find out for you. We appreciate that Cammy works some Saturdays in the Nashville store.

I was thrilled with the level of customer service and help we received from Ferguson. Faced with an immediate need for a new dryer, we had been told by another company the model we wanted would not be available until January. Our sales associate, found the dryer and even helped us engage a private installer who delivered and installed the dryer the next day. Needless to say my family was thrilled we could do laundry at home after all. These folks are knowledgeable and their showroom a designers dream come true.

Our experience was so what you want, but rarely get when shopping in person today. From the time we entered the beautiful showroom until we left, everyone was courteous and pleasant. Meghan, professional and knowledgeable about their products, provided expert level customer service. She listened to all of our questions and concerns, and provided options we hadn't thought about. It was great to have that one on one service that you don't get nowadays and really nice to have that option to the big box stores. We came away thoroughly satisfied with our purchases and we will definitely be going back!

Ferguson has a beautiful showroom but unfortunately the customer service either in store or on the website is horrific. I'm now three hours into trying to get my items from UPS after the salesperson Katie entered the incorrect zip code. As a result I have to cancel and reorder and now sit indefinitely on hold (currently timed on my phone at 27 minutes and countoing) with the generic 800 number. I called Katie to assist yesterday morning but unfortunately she doesn't return calls in a timely manner.On another note I tried to make a sizable purchase of a high end cooktop but was told that without a bid number (which I never received from Katie) I couldn't order with anyone else but her and she was out of town for a few days. This advice was after being transferred four times to different people who basically said "no, I can't help you. I ordered from A1 Appliance who couldn't have been nicer and more efficient.

My wife and I stopped in today to look at sinks and faucets for a kitchen remodel. We browsed for about 45 minutes and were completely ignored by staff. Wasn't much going on and plenty of staff at the front door and seated at desks all ignoring customers. I said out loud to my wife "let's just leave, we can't get any help" and walked out. No one lifted a finger. We went down the road to PDI and we're given great customer service immediately.

The worst experience ever! We have been dealing freezer issues for months. The first one we purchased from them ended up leaking all over our hardwood floors. They came out to replace it and delivered a damaged product. Leaving us with no freezer. Today marks the 8th month and we still don’t have a working freezer. Yesterday they delivered a new freezer (which was the 5th replacement freezer! Each new appliance they have delivered has been damaged) and it doesn’t work. Do they buy from refurbished companies?? Not to mention the installation crew didn’t even check to see if it was working, dented door, and put the bottom kit upside down!!! My husband and I are beyond frustrated. Shame on Ferguson leadership team who have allowed it to drag on this long and have your customer go through all of this! I mention leadership team because they were made aware back in August. At what point do you step in & say “these customers have had enough, we need to make sure it is working this time”. The 6th time??!

This is a strange situation . I went today Sat. There was a large amount of customers more than associates , I was thinking this must be a new years sale . Well it wasn’t . When we walked in and the man at the entrance desk told us ,”. I will try to get someone to help you.” I understand until I saw workers at their desk sitting for people to walk over and place unsolicited orders , Chick-a- Filet like . Sad , we were there an hour not one person acknowledged us . I overheard this to some shoppers ,” would you like water ?” to a select few . We never got a hello . The store has many buying options of suppliers . If you are going call and arrange an appointment suggesting during a week day . I guess it must be a blessing to have more potential buyers.
