The older white woman asking me from a distance can she help me like I was bothering her. Customer service is terrible and her attitude was terrible as well. She needs to retire and go home. She definitely ruining business at that location. I will never come back to that location again!!!!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this FedEx location due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. While the location is well-equipped with all necessary services and devices, the staff’s attitude was a major letdown. They didn’t greet me upon arrival and instead, just stared at my package before informing me they couldn’t ship it due to its condition. Ironically, FedEx had delivered it in that exact state. Additionally, they wanted to charge me $7 for a new box, which seemed unreasonable given the circumstances.

Great they have all the supplies needed. I needed the fax machine. Because I am not tech savvy, I asked for help in faxing a 4 page document. They will fax a document for you, oh but it will cost you a fee for that. There are machines you can fax it at yourself and it will cost less but you ask for help at the self serve machine and you get help without paying the extra fee. I honestly don't know what happened to genuine kindness these days. Someone is always looking to put their hands in your pocket. Isn't doing service at these places enough that you now have to rip off the elderly for help when they have no idea about technology?! I feel bad for anyone coming here and needing even a little assistance because I got none and there were 2 employees doing nothing and both self serve fax machines were being used but each person needed help and wasn't getting any. My advice, go to a different fed ex if you can because you won't get the help you need here.

The woman with the blonde hair and short bob is always incredibly rude. I had a FedEx QR code for a return and the woman refused to scan it and said I needed to print it. She was very rude and because this is my neighborhood FedEx, I’ve encountered her nastiness on more than one occasion. If you can go to another FedEx, just do it

Tammy was so horrible to me after I came to pick up my wedding invitation printing order. I came back twice to pick up, both times tammy yelled at me and wasn’t very professional. I was very patient but Tammy was hostile.

I've been coming to this location for years and I know for a FACT that the staff is not diverse at all. Nothing but Caucasian people every time! Most of them are friendly and helpful, but not all.

Not a single self-service printer worked, it gave an error and suggested contacting a consultant. The consultant offered to send files to their email to print, I said that this is personal information and I don’t want to show it to anyone. In general, I am disappointed in the service and do not recommend wasting time if you are passing by and need to print something.

Today, it surprised me that Antioch Fedex Kinkos customer service was so horrible. I used to go often years ago, and the staff was great! I approached the printing area counter. Furthermore, I sat there for minutes while a worker by the name of Tammy, who’s the supervisor, never asked if I needed any help. Not only that, but I asked her if she could assist me. She specifically said, “what do I want”. I told her I needed an email address to get a document printed and faxed. She mentioned it’s over there! I stated I don’t see the information, can you show me? She then asked in an irritating manner what are you emailing. I asked her why does that matter, it’s a document. She pointed to the email, which had no instructions on where to continue to print or fax.I went back over to the counter and Tammy stayed in the back and later showed up, but never acknowledged me. She started looking at her computer. I then said, “where do I go next”. She got upset and stated she’s busy, and she pointed at the printer. I then told her, no matter what she’s working on, it’s her job to assist a customer. I asked which machine do I use? There were other customers at the counter, and she never tried to help. She continued working on the computer. I had to assist an older lady and another gentleman because they didn’t understand the self-service area. They said she ignored them and they needed support. That’s not my responsibility to assist anyone when you have a “Supervisor” that’s ignoring the customers. Afterward, another worker came to help. The rudeness I received from Tammy was someone who wasn't concerned about putting customer service 1st. One of the staff members stated her manager was Michelle. I will contact her to let her know a protest will start if they continue to provide poor customer service in the Antioch area. Tammy needs to be reprimanded for displaying unsatisfactory customer service and refusing to take care of customers. There are more concerning reviews about her and this isn’t acceptable!
