Completely unwilling to help me ship my package 20 minutes before closing. Lady at the desk had an attitude as soon as I walked in & refused to ship my package. Who does that? You’re FedEx. Go to another location.

You should probably stay open the times that are posted on your location.. there was a sign up that they were closed and I still had 10 minutes before they closed and they refused service. As a company leader myself I was appalled they would turn away business.. what a terrible business practice. Do better!

This review is for Mark in store 5520 and applies to several days. I was attending the AACC from out of Town. Mark even answered questions for me weeks prior to the event when I called with questions. Once I got here I stopped by the office at least 5 times to create and print posters, pick up books I had shipped, pay for sending leftover materials back to my home, purchase materials, etc. I had many questions and needed help navigating the enormous convention center. Mark was patient, knowledgeable and more helpful than I could have hoped for. Truly professional and could not represent FedEx any better than he does.

Highly recommend not to have your package ship here. This FedEx location charges you a $10 receiving fee for processing your package. Fee will apply immediately the moment they receive your package.

In a pinch, this might be fine. Needed some fliers printed for an event; cost was $440 to have them printed at FedEx 8 minutes away, or $770 to have them printed here. Just take the Uber.

Only use this if you are AT the Convention Center and are DESPERATE to ship something. Never been to a Fed Ex that charges you $10 to accept a package to ship. I should have found a drop box or used UPS.

There are zero parking spots for FedEx customers, unless you want to park half a mile away at the mall.

I was at the Gaylord for an association conference. If you've been to the Gaylord, you know there is a LOT of walking. TONS. Which is difficult when you are disabled, as I am. The day I was to check out, I got lost on the property (apparently not unusual) and found myself in a situation where the only way to get where I needed to be was to use stairs, or backtrack a very long way. I was frightened and exhausted by the time I found my way back to my room and in a rush to meet my check out time. And having collected a lot of materials and 'stuff' as you commonly do at a convention, my carry-on had become quite heavy. I took a chance and called the FedEx (located in the convention center - far away from the lobby I was in) and asked if they could please bring me a box and a form to fill out so I could box some of my stuff up and ship it home rather than carry it in my already heavy carry on. Angela, who answered the phone was cheerful and pleasant to speak to when I asked if they would be willing to come to me in the lobby, instead of my walking close to 1/2 mile with my bad hip and a cane. She told me it was not a problem, that someone would be there in about 15 minutes. The gentleman who showed up brought a shipping basket, and allowed me to just dump stuff into it, and said they would box everything up for me, use my account number to find the least expensive rate and send it home for me. No judgement, no sense from them I was an inconvenience for asking them to come to me, and most of all - kind and courteous. THANK YOU Fedex at the Gaylord.
