Is there anyone at Nashville Fedex capable of handling a package in a timely manner? Apparently not, based solely on tracking history of multiple packages having passed through this location. Each and every time that I gave a package come through this location, it becomes delayed. I have yet to experience this consistent delay with ANY other FedEx facility in the continental United States. I have asked corporate FedEx for a valid explanation. I will update this review if they ever do offer me a VALID excuse and / or steps they ARE taking to remedy this facility's reputation. In the mean time, just pray that you yourself are not expecting an urgently needed delivery from this particular FedEx location.

If I could give zero stars I would. FedEx consistently (always) takes money for express delivery but always fails to deliver in the time frame agreed to. Why pay 30 dollars for express delivery and not deliver. Further more how is that not theft.

In my first visit to Nashville FedEx Ground 371 I am wholly unimpressed. My question is.. what happened to common decency and concern for others?..On this morning of Nov 2nd I did receive a call at 1am for an outbound to PHX AZ.Because I failed to answer the phone (connection issues) they just handed to the next driver team. We needed to wait and additional 12 hours as a result - SMH. I heard in years past dispatch would come to your truck and advise you that the load is ready. This new breed of inconsiderate employees just can’t deal with walking a few steps to check in on the driver for even safety reasons.

Absolute garbage place to work at. They don't care about you, your health, your safety, or respect your life outside of work. They expect you to come in and slave yourself in a extremely unsafe building that has 20 years worth of filth in it. They have injuries basically every day, and I walked into the bathroom and there blood everywhere, from an injury that had happened. Also, extremely outdated equipment and building design that just asks for injuries to happen. I didn't stick around long after I started the job, was getting yapped at by managers on my first day because I "wasn't going fast enough". They only care about how fast you go, not your safety. Constant disrespect from managers spitting racial slurs throughout the day, and a few of them need to go to anger management. Stay away from here and FedEx in general, they do not care and many people die working at FedEx. Take my word for it, don't waste your time.

When you post on your door with an 8 1/2 x 11 yellow piece of paper do not deliver with the tracking number address to FedEx driver fraud, fraud and delivers anyway that’s an issue. Had to reach out to FEDEX and Nashville to pick up the item because it had to stay on my porch because it’s fraud and it was raining guess what they said the truck picked up the next morning now then I have an excellent review for but it’s a mess and a reality show didn’t sign up for have a good day for you

I live in Austin, Texas. I ordered 2 uniform shirts that were sent to me via FedEx Ground. The last known location was this facility. Ironically, the last FedEx Ground delivery that got lost in the system also came through Nashville. What's going on over there?And of course, since it's FedEx, there's no actual human you can talk to about this.

The person that delivered my package said they put it in the box for packages at my mailbox but they did not. They laid it in front of the box. Anyone can walk away with your package when this happens please explain to the delivery person if their package walked away, they would be upset too. In the future please do your job properly or find another job.

Attention truck drivers### This place is kind of a pain to get to your 1st time. Take your exit off Brilley parkway. Do not follow google maps to get here. It will take you down roads that your not allowed to drive down. If you came on Brilley pkwy west..take a left onto 431.....if your headed east...take a right on 431. Go up the hill and take a left a 1st light. You will be on a tight 2 lane road, after you start coming down a hill slow down....you will see a bridge crossing over the road. Fedex is the right hand turn right after you go under the bridge. Its not well lit and ive seen a lot of drivers miss it. If you miss it, you will be driving down roads you are not allowed to be on.After you turn right it will lead u directly to the truck entrance. On the call box there is a touch screen pad. Touch it...it will give you a list of options. Hit the top one which is line haul. Someone in line hall will open the gate. Sometimes it takes a few minutes. It might hang up on u...just touch line haul again and it will dial again.Once you come in, inbound trailer drops are the 3 rows of spaces to your right. Line haul is directly in front of those three rows of spaces. If your picking up loads are usually ready on time. Linehaul workers are super nice and helpful!!

FedEx here in Nashville is worthless. I stayed home to sign for a package, and the driver didn't come to the door. They just marked that I was not home and rescheduled the delivery. However, they did drop another package by the mailbox as they drove by. I called customer service, but they couldn't do anything to help. I have a Ring doorbell with proof they didn't come to the house. Friday was the original delivery date. After they didn't deliver the package, I requested it to be held at a FedEx location on Monday morning at 6:00. The current delivery time is Tuesday by the end of the day. Just don't use FedEx if you can help it.
