First they'll say package is on the way to be delivered. Next they said, it was delivered when it wasn't. Then they say it's been moved to another FedEx destination that is closer to me. Still a lie. Called FedEx every day but same answer; it's on its way to be delivered.
This is the worst courier I have ever come across. Now they say there's no information about my package in the system. I should let the sender file a claim and be refunded. This is wrong on every level. I don't know if they steal people's packages or what but I am very disappointed and dissatisfied

My air conditioner was delivered 6/20/2004. My wife and I were both home. The driver must have had a bad day. Never came to the door knocked or rang the door bell
Looks like he just pushed the air conditioner out in the middle of our driveway and left
The box is damaged will get a closer look tomorrow . Look on computer for any up date it said delivered that's how we knew it was here.

My package was put at wrong door and I have to jump through all kinds of hoops to claim insurance on it I said forget it and took about 120 dollar lost on it but other than that they are okay

I am waiting for a package that I was supposed to get over a week ago. I can understand due to the weather they say everyday I'm going to get to the package. I've been to the Nashville facility. They promised me I'd get it that day and then I went to the Mt. Juliet I don't have it it's been 9 days. They have very poor customer service as well

I wasn’t home to sign for my package delivery and picked it up at this location. Steven at the front desk was INCREDIBLE and so kind! Thank you for the transparency with when I could pick up my package.
