Simple .. need to work on their customer service skills and what it means to be helpful. Lost a customer today ... many other options out there where the employees care and want to be helpful ... that is your business.

First time at this location and super thankful for Tom’s assistance navigating the technology and systems. I had to print from email and then fax. He helped make the whole process stress free! I’ll definitely be back!

This location helped me out big time when another local location had all their printers down and failed to let me know my order wouldn’t be ready on time. Very helpful and friendly staff, made sure the printing looked good before running the full job.

An employee there who I believe was the manager just refused to let me have more than 15 of their FREE envelopes. I have actual packages to send out today and he told me he couldn’t just hand them out when asked for more. Ummmm to people who need to send things via FedEx you can’t give them FedEx envelopes for work? Am I required to explain what I’m sending and justify why I need the number of envelopes I need?? Told me to go to another FedEx bc I was taking too many. He said I could have 2 more and not the 4 I needed. Told me I could go to another FedEx that he said was 2.8 miles away to get the other two. So there is a limit to the number of packages someone can pay FedEx to send at a time? Great customer service. Absolutely rude short little man. I’m sure you know who you are. @fedex #fedex

Buffy is the coolest. I live close to this Fed Ex and whenever she works, she is helpful and sweet.I would say to check the ink on the self printing printers often because a few times, the prints I printed came out with small spots in different places and so I had to go and get them printed by staff, which defeated the whole purpose of time and money saving that self printing promotes.

They do it all, I have tried other printing and shipping services around Nashville but this crew always does it right. If I miss something they catch it and fix it. They always take the most care with all my printing needs and deliver the best product. A lifesaver for a small business.

While I was waiting in line a male worker was openly mocking with another employee about the fact that that a new male employee was Christian. He was saying him being Christian was too much and can’t deal with that. He went on and on about it.It’s interesting to see this store discriminates against a specific religion (pretty sure there is a law about that ;) it’s no different than mocking someone for being Jewish or Muslim.
