My first stop at the particular FedEx Office ... and super friendly and helpful employees. Worked with Josh and Arzona to get out a large framed box ... both helped to make sure it was well packed and safe to ship! Stop here ..

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Four employees and not one came to me. I had to ask if anybody was going to process my box. They should learn from the FedEx store in Columbia. Not coming there again!

Our family uses FedEx for our mail needs,however I was kind of embarrassed asking them if they could weight my two large heavy pieces of luggage.....Arizona said yes in a way it taking the awkwardness away the next piece was done & a couple of prints by Josh in a very willing manner! I've done retail & understand thoroughly well that your best test is when somebody's not actually anything with you....Thankyou both

I took my kids in for their passport pictures this morning and had wonderful service from Josh. He did a great job managing multiple customers, amd kept us engaged with some fun and lively conversation!

Had such a great experience working with Josh! He was personable, patient, and knowledgeable. I’ve encountered other employees at this location who were not great, but I can’t speak highly enough of Josh. I will plan to return on days when he’s working.

Latham, Blake, Majorie, & Josh were so helpful during preparations for my wedding. As a mostly DIY bride, the Green Hills team were instrumental in helping me print my signage & stationary.
Planning a backyard wedding was full of challenges; but, I knew this shop would be able to support any and all printing needs - including a day before the wedding seating chart poster reprint because the tent layout had changed.
As a “frequent flyer” to this shop, I really appreciated how everyone seemed to remember the wedding and even offered well wishes on my final pickup the day before. Going in the day after to ship my bouquet for preservation, Latham was very kind and asked how the wedding went.
For any future print or shipping needs, I will always choose the Green Hills FedEx!

Worst FedEx print service. As a photographer and model who’s industry thrives on having good photo quality and image to print rendering, I was highly upset when they gave me a complete stack of images for my comp cards as yellow and high contrasted images.my comp cards are important to have my skin casted clearly and most like myself as that helps me to book jobs. You can understand how upset ai am being a fair skinned person who takes pride in her pale skin being turned yellow and orange. They also didn’t offer to refund me for images that they clearly had an issue with their printer rendering. DO NOT USE THIS FOR ANY PROMOTIONAL, MARKETING OR FINE ART PRINTS AS YOUR WORK WILL COME OYIT COMPLETELY UNLIKE THE ORIGINAL IMAGE.

Dropped off a 2 Day AM shipment on Friday afternoon just before 5pm as the FedEx truck was loading packages. I just discovered that my package (boxed up with printed label) was not shipped until Tuesday of the following week! All they had to do was scan my label and give it to the guy in the truck.. it wasn't even shipped until the day it was supposed to arrive. So frustrating

My office printer stopped working, so I called with an unexpected, hard deadline. This team (Blake, Courtney, Mike, and the others) made it happen when they had enough other work ahead of me that they could've declined. Above and beyond. I'm thankful beyond words, because it was a very important project for our small business. Thank you!!

Everyone on the staff is always friendly and very professional. Mike runs a good store. They are LIGHTNING fast when we ship, but I was shocked how fast we got a proof and completed product when I made this order which happened to be personal for myself - my mother's funeral handouts/invites.
