Dropped off a 2 Day AM shipment on Friday afternoon just before 5pm as the FedEx truck was loading packages. I just discovered that my package (boxed up with printed label) was not shipped until Tuesday of the following week! All they had to do was scan my label and give it to the guy in the truck.. it wasn't even shipped until the day it was supposed to arrive. So frustrating

My office printer stopped working, so I called with an unexpected, hard deadline. This team (Blake, Courtney, Mike, and the others) made it happen when they had enough other work ahead of me that they could've declined. Above and beyond. I'm thankful beyond words, because it was a very important project for our small business. Thank you!!

Everyone on the staff is always friendly and very professional. Mike runs a good store. They are LIGHTNING fast when we ship, but I was shocked how fast we got a proof and completed product when I made this order which happened to be personal for myself - my mother's funeral handouts/invites.

We had a complicated order: a holiday letter to print on paper that had a design ( wasn’t blank). Plus our signature had to be scanned in and placed correctly, plus our return envelopes weren’t standard. Courtney was VERY patient, careful, and made me feel that I was very important to her. Made my day! I’ve been to the store several times since it opened. Very short wait times.

We needed some communication regarding this FedEx office moving locations. However, the new location offers no parking options for a drop-off...the spaces are filled with people using the restaurants and shopping venues which is great...but leaves us frustrated trying to shop with FedEx! Find a solution please so we can continue to use your shipping services. No parking...no service!

Driver keeps leaving packages on my stone mailbox by the street. I’ve had a package stolen and FedEx will do nothing about it. The driver even leaves my HelloFresh food orders out there in the blazing sun instead of sitting packages by my garage or on my front porch. I have no gate or fencing, which they’ve claimed a gate prevents them doing their job. Laziness. Leaving a note for them didn’t; they just sit the package on it. Wish I could go without ever using FedEx; UPS always delivers to my door without issue.
