Happy to write this review on the terrible experience at FedEx print. As if this place has no interest in customer service. Most frustrating is the attendants behind the counter who do not acknowledge customers as we stand and stare at them. They all appear to busy to ask if they can help. The self service machine authorized and held funds when using a credit/debit card. After two days the hold was not released. Speaking with the manager was again a waste of time --nothing this guy could do. Fraud scam best to go anywhere else but here.

Killer customer service and problem solving :)
I’d expected my FedEx trip to be a short pay-em-to-pack-up-and-send-out visit. It ended up an hour-long adventure hunting for allen keys, custom-cut box construction, HazMat forms, alternate drop-offs… I was THAT time-consuming customer. This truly could have been an embarrassing headache of an experience if I hadn’t had such a helpful positive person willing to help make things work. I’m so thankful Josh handled all these curve balls with patience, compassion, and a sense of humor.
I later had to call back to find contact information for a specific type of FedEx (my return package had lithium batteries) and he was happy to help me find what I needed. Also, he and his coworker were great at balancing my ordeal with assisting plenty of other customers over the period so nobody was left waiting. Thanks again!

Have used this store for years and 9/10 I get great results and service. The other day I had a rare issue with all of my print orders (streaking, attached), and was way overcharged for another order. I don’t normally do this but the experience was bad enough I filed a review with FedEx. The manager called me and was very professional and went over what happened with me, and offered a refund of the overcharged amount. The bad experience was an outlier and this location was willing to make it right.

The store is clean, organized, and well supplied. The staff is so patient and friendly. They made the process easy and assisted me kindly.

I walked to the store, i needed to do some scanning, I approached customer service desk and this black lady responding so rude to me and spoke very bad that i broke into tear in the store.Wednesday 11:50am 05/09/2024.I felt embarrased but since i needed the service i had to wait and i had another person help me.I left the store still crying and went to my car and continue crying why someone employed is not willing to help customers but be rude and shame you.she literally made my day worse.She doesn't know what people go through just to be rude to customers?

Received confirmation of print job and pick up time. Order was not printed and received no follow up. More than an inconvenience. Personnel seemed helpless as the print date was changed without explanation.

You can drop in for all your printing needs like printing off documents from your cell phone or dropping off your printing for big jobs that you can't do at home

This FedEx location is my favorite. I always have great experiences shipping and printing here. The staff is super professional, friendly, and competent.

Poor customer service. Most workers did not acknowledge guests waiting in line. One of the workers damaged my product as well without apology.

I visited this location today and let me tell you Chauntele and Matt were awesome! They went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. Hard working, sweet,and kind.Matt went and got some alley wrenches and took the gaming chair apart and Chauntele got that thang in the box! I really appreciate them because I didn't want to gonorrhea where else to buy a bigger box. Thanks!
