Their customer service is the worst! The place was not crowded they looked like they had adequate staff. I asked for help with some documents that I needed to get out in a hurry. I wasn't familiar with their operation, I needed assistance I and didn't get it. They referred me to an email on a card for help along with 2 seconds instructions. I left out with out getting my work done. The staff had absolutely no eye contact with me. Who hired these drones???

Michelle was exceptional!! She was polite, so friendly and appreciative for the business. She took extra time to help me be sure the big box I was shipping could be sent in the most cost effective way possible! I was super impressed and so glad I decided to take the box in to check on pricing. I had planned on going to USPS but had to drop off a pre-paid box to FedEx anyway so thought it was worth a shot to ask about the big box. I hope to get an opportunity to work with Michelle again. The entire experience was very pleasant!

Unfortunately the gentleman behind the counter today was very rude. I asked whether they too ATT routers back, like most FedEx locations do, and he rudely interrupted and said they do not take unboxed and unlabeled items. Then I tried to ask for clarification and he interrupted me again, raising his voice telling he is not FedEx, this is a Walgreens. He then returned to joke around with his coworker and disregard many of the other customers there. This was very disappointing. I hope next time representatives are a bit kinder and more courtious.

Horrible Customer Service! Waited at photo desk for about 5-10 minutes to drop off package and there were no associations in sight. Alerted the cashier that I needed assistance (who was swamped) and she got on the PA and announced I needed help at the photo desk. Waited another 5-10 minutes and left disgruntled. Avoid this location for dropping off FedEx packages.
