Employee was polite. However FedEx prompted me to download a QR code when purchasing postage instead of printing my own shipping label. Their website then directed me to this location. This OnSite told me that they cannot use the QR code instead of a printed label. I tried calling the other OnSite that’s in the same neighborhood, but the phone number directs you to FedEX rather than to that particular location.
