Used the self service copy machine. Scanned 80 individual photos which took a lot of my time. Maxed my “allowed credit” out which it gives you the option to end session or go back to add. I hit the back button and lost EVERYTHING! They need to rewrite the entire program to scan as you go and pay at the end. Complete garbage!

So I came by to send off my Google fiber discs and the older woman sitting behind the desk tells me it’s a 10 dollar shipping and handling fee and that I shouldn’t use fed ex’s in a hotel and as she says that I say fuuuuu under my breath about the extra money it is gonna cost to ship and she tells how inappropriate that was I didn’t even say the hole word and it def wasn’t aimed towards her but wow so uptight. Will never be using this fed ex ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And lastly why would you tell a customer you don’t want to use us in a hotel??? Like what?? Maybe it’s more convenient bc I’m staying there. So disappointed with my interaction there today!!!!

Woman working there was very kind but the store itself is useless if you can’t drop off packages there- was going to be $10 “handling fee” on top of my already purchased shipping label because this location is in a hotel. Will have to go to the west end location from now on. Just lame on fedex’s part!

The younger guy working there today was very much an A hole to be short and sweet about it. Made me very uncomfortable. Told me my printing would be $2 per sheet. I ignored him. The machine only charged me $.22 per page anyway. Will never return again.

My work was attending a conference at this hotel and shipped multiple pieces in and out over the course of a week. The team at this office, especially Lisa and Lydia, were incredibly helpful during the entire process.

I was using the computer for 10 minutes and overheard Tyrone helping a few customers. His personality, efficiency, and customer service are very notable, as I saw again when he helped me with my copies. As a business owner, I would hope my employees represent my company as well as Tyrone does.

Both Doug and Lisa were SO helpful with my rush project... 150 copies done in a couple of hours. They even dropped the order off at the hotel across the street. My credit card kept declining the payment due to the large amount and Lisa's patience level was that of a saint. AMAZING customer service here.
