I've been coming in for years but based on this experience today I will take my business elsewhere. I was given extremely rude service, told that I 'm booked for the day at 1:30 pm. I wasn't just told I'm booked for the day but the I don't give a sh$t attitude resonated in the rude lady working today that I was embarrassed for her lack of concern or customer service. After I said I would no longer be coming in she just casually shrugged o.k. I will never put up with this poor level of service and concern for business. I spent my money down the road and will do so from here on out! I would suggest anyone to do the same. There are much better choices nearby with far better service!

Absolutely horrible experience. No communication. She didn't even study my hair at all or ask how I normally fixed it. Thank God I only went for a shampoo and style. $45 down the drain for me to go straight home and fix it. It looks like a frizzy mess. I have no idea what products she used, no personality whatsoever. And no brush at all when she blow dried. No styling technique talent at all either. I have never in my life had such a horrible style. It looked better when I went in.

Highly recommend Brittany and Lori at Fantastic Sam's! They are amazing hair stylists and they give me way better haircuts than stylists that charge 3 times as much. So happy I found this salon!

Lori gave me the best hair cut ever!! I was so anxious and overwhelmed with getting my hair cut.. she worked with me and made me feel comfortable and cut it to perfection!! Thank you Lori!!!

Made an appointment and the hair stylist (I believe name is Hanna), never showed up. Waited for 30 minutes and left. Never called me to let me know she needs to cancel or running late. I understand that things happen, things come up. But you call and you let your clients know. You don't ghost them. Not the way to ran a business.Service: Haircut
