I would give 0 stars but needed to leave this review. I have been coming to this location for several years now and never had an issue. Today I walked in no greetings or acknowledgement. I walk to the paper isle to pick up paper cups, paper bowls, and paper plates. As I'm retrieving these goods, a staff member comes on the intercom to state "no backpacks allowed and must be left at the register". Had this employee been visible and upfront to greet his customers he would have seen that my "mini" backpack was a purse which I never left at the counter. This will be my last time at this location. I do not need to take anything from the dollar store. I felt very humiliated. You guys are always closed, so no customers equal no money made but have the audacity to want me to leave my purse upfront! Very disappointed in this location

I just hope the new staff keeps up the good work the store is starting to look alive and clean again the past month it's been looking better then it has for awhile ☺️ I love the blonde hair cashier that works there she's always so helpful when I come in looking for something I'm glad they hired her she's very nice and something the store needs more of !!

Well in the past 6 months the store has taken a turn for the worst. You can not count on it to be open at all. It has been closing at 3 pm. Depending on the Employee that you ask the reason is that there is not enough staff or that it is because of higher up management.To watch the MANGER Bre interact with a customer in the manner that she did with the I do not care attitude was sad. To tell a customer that do to the staff shortage that there has not been any price changes and that the corporate says that the stock that is on the shelf that is has to be sold as priced and if she did not want the product she could leave it. This is while there is a line and she is blowing up Valentine's Day balloons in the middle of January and there is stock that is still in a box that needs to be but out of the floor so that customers can walk. Then when the customer ask for the corporate number to be told you can find it on the door because we do not know it.Then, there is the on going issue of the day staff that stands in the front of the store smoking more than they stay in the store. There can be boxes on every isle in the store but they need to smoke. Leave the store come back in an hour or two and the same issue is present. Family Dollar do better to hire kids that are 15 years old and up to work that want to work and will work. The staff that this store has do not want to work and could care less if the store is stocked for the customers or the community. These attitudes that you get in this store is sad. I understand the need for staff but pick people that want to do the job. If, you want workers find mangers that know how to talk and maybe the staff will stay there or pay the staff the money need to do the work. Stocking and cashiering in a store that has the ability to stat busy under 12 dollars and hour is not okay at all. Stock the shelves hire staff and allow the community to shop is all I am saying. VISIT YOUR OWN STORE AND FIND A SOLUTION.

The store manger is the worst to work for leshawn falls is the worst boss ever I’ve ask more then once for a separation letter and she told me to call hr well the number she gave me keeps hanging up on me… I reached out to another store manger and they told me miss leshawn falls could give me a separation letter but it was up to her to give me one and she being so petty she don’t want to give me one.. why would anyone want to work for a women’s ikr that knowing I need my separation letter but won’t give it to me at all.. and when I ask her for the dm number she won’t give me the direct manger number either..
